Two Weeks Later

"I can't believe that this is happening," I said for the hundredth time in an hour as Trevor fussed over my simple black suit.
"Which part?" Colby asked from his perch on the bed.
"Any of it," I admitted, glancing at him shyly.
"Did you ever find out why the Oaf quit putting out?" Colby asked, snickering when I glared at the mean nickname he insisted on using for Alrick.
"Yeah," I fiddled with my collar, trying not to blush. "He, ahem, didn't want to risk knocking me up before he had claimed me."
"That's so sweet!" Trevor awww'd and even Colby winked at me. I grinned, my Alpha really was a gentleman. But I was more than ready to get past that stage as fast as possible.
Rafe had suggested that we wait to have our formal claim ceremony until after we'd been vetted into his pack to ensure that we were both members in our own right instead of me only belonging through Alrick. It was incredibly thoughtful, but it also meant I'd had to wait even longer to have my way with him.
Now, as we were preparing to stand in front of our friends and new pack for the bonding ceremony, I was a bundle of nerves.
"Relax," Trevor chided me, running the lint brush over my lapels one last time. "It's going to be perfect."
As I stepped out into the moonlight and looked up into my Alpha's face, I knew he was right.

"Damn it, Seb," Alrick growled in my ear as he fought a losing battle against my belt. "I want you naked now!"
Now that Alrick's self-imposed celibacy was over so, apparently, was his willingness to wait. Before I could reach down to remove the offending accessory, it had been sliced through by one of those blade-sharp werewolf claws.

"Yeah?" Alrick purred against my neck. "Tell me what you want."
