Falling for my Dirty Uncle: A Virgin and Billionaire Romance by Alexis Angel (34)

Epilogue

Mira

Six Months Later

“Aren't you a vision?” Owen saunters into my office, even with his arms weighed down with scraps of fabric.

“Hardly,” I groan, thinking back to the struggle this morning to find clothes that still fit. Owen walked in on me trying to squeeze into an old pair of pants and caught me before I tumbled to the ground. Catching me before I fall seems to be his specialty.

You know what else he excels at? Pleasuring me morning, noon and night. This morning on the closet floor was no exception. His morning pussy eating made me temporarily forget about my clothes crisis. Temporarily.

“I'm quickly expanding. By this time next week, I'll have my own zip code.”

Owen drops the fabric samples down on my desk that’s already piled high with sketches, marketing proposals and press requests. Everyone, Lis Langley in particular, is waiting with baited breath for our newest creation.

He comes around to my side of the desk, lifting me up and placing a gentle kiss on my forehead. “Don't talk about the woman I love that way,” Owen says, then places a protective hand on my growing belly. “And definitely don't talk about the mother of my child like that.”

Covering his hand with mine, I look up at the gorgeous, strong man standing in front of me. Just staring at him is enough to start my juices flowing.

If he hadn't already knocked me up six months ago, the intense way his steel gray eyes are looking deep into mine right now would easily do the job.

“So what are you planning to do with all of this fabric?” I ask before my emotions get the better of me. It's been a running joke these past few months that I can start crying at the drop of a hat.

“Don't worry,” Owen says, turning his attention to the cheerful squares of fabric in various pastel tones. “I'm not taking over design duties at Wilder Lingerie. You're doing an amazing job, and your sales have never been better.”

He's right. Ever since removing Carl from our lives, everything else has fallen into place. Owen and I are running Wilder Lingerie together. I handle the designs, he handles the operational side of things. We're an unbeatable duo in and out of the bedroom.

“This is for our personal project,” Owen continues. “Angelique needs to know what we want for the nursery.”

I thumb a cream-colored antique lace and place it against a few of the softer tapestry prints. All of the fabric looks wonderful and fits the image I had in my head of a luxurious yet inviting nursery retreat. Without even discussing it, somehow Owen knew exactly what I had in mind.

“I didn't think it was possible to love someone so completely,” I say, my voice thick with emotion. “Then you came into my life, and falling in love with you seemed like the most natural thing in the world.”

“I knew that going down on that bridesmaid on the wedding cake would win you over,” Owen jokes. “Imagine if I had fucked her when you walked in? We could already have five kids by now.”

“Ha ha,” I say as I playfully smack his arm. Pointing to my belly, I say, “This one is plenty for now, thank you.” I plop slightly less gracefully than usual back into my chair.

Owen perches on the edge of my desk. Taking both of my hands in his, he brings my right hand up for a kiss, and then my left. “I'm the one who should be saying thank you. For coming into my life and shaking it up. For showing me by your very being everything I've always wanted. For being the best fuck I've ever had,” he adds with a wink.

“And the only fuck from here on out,” I say.

“You, Mira, are more than enough for one man, even Owen Westbrook,” Owen says in a mockingly boastful voice. “I always believed there was this great divide. On one hand, I could have a fabulous life flying here and there, building an empire, fucking my way around the globe.

“On the other hand,” he continues, grimacing at the mere prospect, “was the plain wife and bland house and litter of kids running around with their sticky fingers, ruining all my expensive belongings.”

“Where is this plain wife? Tell me so I can beat her up.”

“I'm trying to be serious, Mira,” Owen says. “What I've discovered—what you've taught me—is that these two experiences aren't mutually exclusive. I can have the exciting life of travel and empire building, while still being madly in love with the woman of my dreams and building a family.”

“And fucking your way around the globe?”

“Oh, without a doubt. Just wait until we visit Rome together, or Abu Dhabi, or any other city. I'll fuck you in every place we visit.”

“You promise?” I say, leaning toward him for a kiss.

“Every day of our lives, my love,” Owen whispers before joining our lips in a deep, passionate kiss that encapsulates all the love we feel for each other, our baby, and this life we've built. This life that I know without a doubt is the one I was meant to live.
