Passion Punched King (Balance Book 2) by Lisa Oliver (7)

Sex. Anael knew the basics; of course, he did. But when Zagan leaned over the bar, and Anael met him halfway, the pleasure coursing through his body from their simple lip lock surpassed anything he’d ever felt before. Zagan’s facial hair was meticulously groomed, leaving his wide full lips free to savor. His hand felt natural, tangled in his curls as Zagan cupped his head and took their kiss deeper. Pleasure flowed through Anael’s body as his power recognized this is it – this was the person he would spend his eternity with.

Overwhelmed as magic flowed through his veins, Anael reached out; wanting to ground himself with Zagan’s shoulders. But at the last moment, he pulled back, worried what his power would do to his demonic mate.

“Touch me,” Zagan growled. “You think I can’t see you lit up like a Christmas tree?”

I am? Anael didn’t get a chance to look at his skin because Zagan took control. Pulling him over the counter, Anael’s feet couldn’t touch the floor. He had to hang on and Zagan was the only solid thing within reach. Zagan’s hair crackled as he looped his arms around the demon’s neck, but Zagan never flinched. He was too busy making a meal out of Anael’s bottom lip.

Grunts and growls rumbled from Zagan’s chest as his free hand fondled Anael’s ass. Anael wasn’t surprised his mate’s hand spanned both cheeks. Zagan dwarfed him in every way and if his cock wasn’t threatening to burst, Anael would cheerfully curl up on Zagan’s chest and shelter from the world. But he was horny; desperately horny and it seemed Zagan was in the same state.

“Not here,” Zagan mumbled, or at least that’s what Anael thought he’d said. It was hard to tell given their mouths were still merged. Anael couldn’t get enough of Zagan’s taste, his smell and the fever with which Zagan wanted him was strong enough to touch.

“Hold on.” Anael couldn’t get any closer, so he lifted his legs, hooking them over Zagan’s hips. Seconds later he felt a rush of magic and he opened his eyes to a sumptuous bedroom.

“I promise you, no one has been in here but me,” Zagan whispered as he laid Anael on the bed. Anael wondered who his mate had been with before. It’s not as though he was shifter and could smell if someone’s scent tainted the sheets. The white sheets. Just like his. Anael’s heart melted.

“Let me,” Anael said reaching out and brushing Zagan’s hands away from his shirt. “I have wanted to see what you’ve been hiding since the first time I saw you.”

“Nothing to hide,” Zagan said gruffly, clicking his fingers. Anael swallowed. The first time Anael saw the demon he dressed as a walking biker dream. Tonight, he’d gone for a suit, clearly aiming to impress and anyone seeing him would’ve imagined Zagan as a rock star or CEO.

But naked…. “Wow.” Anael traced over the huge rose and thorns tattoo that covered Zagan’s left pectoral muscle. Ignoring the demon’s heated gaze, his fingers trailed lower, following the grooves between abs more well defined than his. Amazed at his own daring, Anael allowed his fingers to go lower, running them down the deep grove that separated torso from groin. His knuckles grazed Zagan’s heavy balls and the skin twitched on contact.

Something like a cross between a grunt and a groan had Anael looking up. “Problem?” Anael pressed his lips together in an effort not to grin. Zagan’s chest was heaving, his hands were fisted at his side and a tremor ran up his thigh muscles as Anael’s hand kept moving, scooping under Zagan’s balls and back up the other hip. Zagan’s cock bobbed like a baton between them; the top of its head pushing back the foreskin.

“It’s not safe to play with fire, precious. You’d better disrobe if you want to save those clothes.” Zagan’s growl was guttural. With a quick flick of his finger on the underside of his demon’s cock, Anael lay back and closed his eyes long enough to focus his power. A slight breeze against his skin warned him he was naked, and the increased growling suggested his bare skin was a temptation Zagan had no intention of ignoring.

There was never any doubt on who would be bottoming in their claiming. Despite his position, Anael’s experience with sex was sorely limited. In his entire existence, he’d only trusted two people enough to let them penetrate him, but there was no doubting that was exactly what Zagan intended on doing. His breath expelled in a whoosh as Zagan fell over him, their skin sizzling where they touched. He barely had time to close his eyes and think “prep” when Zagan’s tongue was pushing its way into his mouth; his hand caressing Anael’s butt cheek as Zagan’s finger searched for his hole.

His heart beating wildly, Anael let his body go limp. Zagan was his and there was no doubt in Anael’s mind that within the next ten minutes he was going to be owned just as readily. There was precious little foreplay, but Anael didn’t need it. The combination of magic and the sexual tension in the air was enough to have his cock spurting without a touch.

His face cocooned by Zagan’s hair as it fell around them meant he couldn’t see what was going on down below. But the pressure of Zagan’s blunt fingers against his entrance sent shivers up his spine. Zagan growled his approval when he realized Anael had taken care of the prep and Anael would have blushed if his face wasn’t beetroot red already.

His leg swept up in Zagan’s capable hand, Anael cupped his demon’s chin with his as he felt the unmistakable nudge against his exposed hole. This wasn’t a position he was used to – sex wasn’t something he was used to – but he gazed into the flames roaring in his mate’s eyes and let out a long breath as he felt his hole breached by something far thicker than Zagan’s fingers.

“You are fucking perfect,” Zagan groaned as Anael struggled with the sensation of fullness. Leaning his body back slightly from the demon’s chest, Anael gulped as that sensation increased. How big is this guy? Zagan didn’t seem to notice his slight panic, thank goodness; his cock pushing in further and further until Anael was sure it was tickling his rib cage from the insides. His logical mind let him know how silly he was being, but Anael was finding it hard to breathe. One leg was going numb from where Zagan was leaning on it, there was a tugging at the rim of his hole due to the angle they were on. The only thing solid was Zagan’s jaw under his fingers and it wasn’t enough.

And maybe Zagan wasn’t completely insensitive to his plight because Anael had one second to appreciate the brush of Zagan’s balls against his inner thigh before he was flipped over; now straddling Zagan like a cowboy. His legs sighed with relief while his ass splayed open as he slid over Zagan’s full length.

“Let your body adjust, my precious,” Zagan crooned quietly, his voice barely audible over Anael’s harsh breath. But he could feel an emotional warmth coming from his mate that he didn’t expect. At least not this soon. Resting his hands on Zagan’s chest, Anael breathed deeply, in and out. His power was still flooding his system and now he had the time to look, Anael could see his body was bathed in a white glow.

“You’re like a lightbulb lit up by my dick.” Zagan’s teeth gleamed white against his full red lips. “Can’t say that’s happened before.”

It hasn’t to me either, but Anael wasn’t going to say so. Tensing his legs, Anael used the leverage he had on Zagan’s chest, and slid up and back down the length owning his ass. Zagan’s groan was a thing of beauty and leaning forward slightly, Anael did it again and again, his movements getting faster as his hole adjusted, and pleasure pushed his power levels higher.

Firm hands surrounded his head, forcing Anael to look up. In repose, Zagan was sensually handsome, but with his teeth bared and his eye sockets filled with flames, Anael had never seen anything sexier in his life. Zagan’s abs flexed as he sat up, his mouth ravaging Anael’s as though he depended on it to breathe. Anael’s passion was just as high. His cock was now sandwiched between them, his precome aiding his every move. A dropped hand to his hip urged him faster again and Anael couldn’t help himself. Wrenching his mouth away to take a breath, Anael screamed as he hit his climax. Two thrusts later and Zagan groaned as he slumped his head on Anael’s shoulder. “So beautiful,” Zagan slurred reaching out. With a start, Anael realized his wings had flared. Zagan was now bathed in the same glow that covered him. The demon’s wings were silky black, a startling contrast against the white of the sheets.

“I think we’re mated. I hope that’s what you intended,” Anael panted, resting his head alongside Zagan’s.

“I wouldn’t have touched you otherwise,” and before Anael had time to register the words, Zagan had tipped them on their side and started snoring. I guess I’m getting the washcloth, was Anael’s last coherent thought before sleep hit him.
