Chapter 18
Callum woke and smiled when the smell of Georgie’s perfume invaded his nostrils. He pulled her closer and breathed her in. Callum knew at that moment; he could do this for the rest of his life.
Georgie began to move slowly, as Callum smiled once more.
She turned in the bed to face him, and he instantly greeted her with a smile.
“Good morning,” he whispered, watching her face closely. There was the smallest bubble of doubt inside him. He was so afraid she would wake up and think that the night before had been a terrible mistake.
“Morning,” she replied, and Callum was relieved when she gave him the most beautiful smile he had ever seen.
“I do love your smile,” he whispered as he reached up to touch her face, but her smiled faded almost instantly as her gaze fell to his hand, or more specifically the bruise on his knuckles. “It’s going to be okay.”
“How will it be okay?” Georgie asked, giving Callum a worried look. “You hit your brother, because of me.”
“I know,” Callum sighed wishing so much that she hadn’t seen that side of him. “But I know Liam, if I talk to him and tell him the truth, then say I’m sorry, he will understand.”
“You’re going to tell them about us?” She asked pushing herself up in bed.
“Of course I am,” Callum said, sitting up too. “Though I’m fairly sure Landen has probably already told them.”
“Jesus!” Georgie exclaimed, climbing up from the bed, taking a sheet with her. “Who else have you been talking to?”
“I only spoke to Landen,” Callum replied, surprised by her reaction. “Georgie, what is it? What’s wrong?” You’re not…you don’t regret last night, do you?”
“No,” Georgie replied. “Of course I don’t. I just think we need time to figure out what this is before the world knows too.”
“I know what this is,” Callum said climbing from the bed, not caring that he was completely naked. “I love you. That’s all that matters to me right now. You and Macy.”
“Oh God, Macy!” Georgie replied as she closed her eyes. “How could I have forgotten about her?”
“I don’t understand,” Callum said, watching Georgie walk to the bed, sitting down, then burying her face in her hands.
“Callum,” Georgie sighed as she slowly raised her face from her hands, looking him in the eyes. “She is just starting to relax, learning to be herself. I don’t want to confuse her. I won’t hurt her.”
Callum crouched down in front of her, before he reached up, taking her face in his hands, giving her a warm smile.
“We can figure this out,” he assured her, loving that she loved Macy as much as he did. “I promise I will find a way to make this work, so no one ever gets hurt. Just promise me that you’ll give this a chance.”
She looked into his eyes, as a slow smile spread across her face.
“I promise,” she whispered. Callum leaned up and claimed her mouth with his.
Callum rose slowly, moving Georgie back onto the bed, climbing over her as he did. Reaching down, He pulled the sheet that was covering her body from her, his smile instantly widened.
“You are so beautiful,” he breathed out as he lifted his hand, softly running it over her body. As he did, he allowed his thumb to brush across her perfect nipples. Callum smiled when they instantly puckered beneath his touch. “The things I want to do to you.”
Georgie’s breath hitched in her throat. Callum knew that he affected her as much as she affected him. He leaned down, softly pressing his lips to hers.
Georgie reached up, running her fingers through his hair, then gripping it tightly pulling him close to her. Callum like that she was taking control. The night before, she was shy, like she was holding back. Not like now, now Callum could feel the want in her kiss, the desire she had coursing through her body,
“Callum,” she breathed against his mouth. “Make love to me.”
Callum smiled as he slipped between her legs. There was nothing he wanted more than to make love to her, over and over again. To hear her moaning as she had the night before; how she cried out his name as she came undone. It was a sound he would never forget.
Taking hold of her hands, his raised them both up above her head, pinning them to the bed.
“Wrap your legs around me,” he instructed her, and Georgie did as she was told.
Taking hold of her two hands in one of his, he reached down with his other hand to position himself against her, but he didn’t push inside her. Instead, he reached back up, taking hold of her hand once more.
“Look at me,” he growled pushed her hands down tighter to the bed, making it so she couldn’t move.
Georgie stared up into his eyes, as Callum smiled. Suddenly he pushed into her, filling her completely with one move.
“OH GOD!” Georgie cried out, but Callum quickly captured her cries with his kiss. He paused for a moment, before he slammed into her once more, and stopped, pinning her to the bed with his hips.
He smiled as she tried to move, tried to find some released against him, but she couldn’t.
“Callum, please,” she begged, as he slowly moved again, pulling out from her almost all of the way. She pinched her eyes closed, and she squirmed with longing.
“I said look at me,” Callum repeated, and once more her eyes snapped open. The moment they met his, Callum slammed into her once more, making Georgie cry out again, but this time he didn’t stop. Thrust after thrust he pushed into her, pushing her higher and higher.
Just as he began to feel her whole body tremble, Callum stopped, pulling out from her.
“Callum!” Georgie cried out once more with longing, but before she could say another word, Callum rolled over on the bed, taking her with him.
Now she was straddling him, staring down into his eyes.
“Your turn,” Callum breathed out with a smile.
He watched her as she nervously swallowed hard before she slowly raised herself to her knees. Holding Callum’s eyes with hers, she eased herself down on to his rock hard cock. Taking every inch of him, deep inside her.
She swallowed hard once more, before she began to move slowly; rolling her hips, grinding against him hard.
Her movements were slow and rhythmical, each one pushing them both higher and higher once again. She truly was a vision.
Suddenly she crashed forward, placing her hands on his chest, balancing herself.
She stopped, still looking down at Callum, then suddenly she lifted herself up, almost all the way. When she reached the swollen head of his cock, she stopped again, giving him a half smile.
Suddenly Callum felt tiny little pulses like she was clenched and relaxing her vagina around his cock, teasing him, sending shockwaves through Callum’s entire body. It’s was beyond amazing.
Unable to hold back any longer, he reached for her hips, pulled her down on to his cock completely, as he sat up to face her on the bed. His mouth slammed against hers, as once more she began to ride him hard.
“Oh, God, Callum,” She cried out as she breathlessly broke her lips from his, picking up her pace.
Finally, she threw her head back, coming hard as she continued to ride him.
Gripping her hips tighter, Cullum pulled her down to him, erupting deep inside her, before he crashed back to the bed, taking Georgie with him.
He lay there on the bed, his heart racing; Georgie’s head resting on his chest, as they both tried to calm their ragged breathing.
“I fucking love you, Georgie,” Callum said breathlessly. “I have never loved anyone more.”
Georgie lifted her head, resting her chin on Callum’s chest.
“I love you more,” she replied with a smile that melted Callum’s heart.
Suddenly the sound a door slamming echoed through the apartment.
“Callum!” Nell’s voice rung out through the apartment, and Callum knew that she was seconds away from bursting into his room. Without even thinking, Callum jumped from the bed, grabbing the sheet from the bed, wrapping it around his waist. He glanced at Georgie, who was looking at him like she was going to be sick.
“Don’t,” he said as he hurried to the bed, leaning down and kissing her. “We’ve done nothing wrong here.”
She nodded, but still, her eyes looked worried.
“I’ve got to go talk to her,” Callum said, wishing he had more time.
Again she nodded.
Callum stepped back, then turned, hurrying towards the door. He had barely made it out of the room when his mother appeared at the top of the stairs, and she looked madder than hell.
“Have you lost your damn mind?” She demanded angrily, pinning him with a stare that said she was pissed. “You hit Liam.”
“Mom…” he began, but she cut him off as she closed the distance between them.
“Don’t Mom me Callum,” Nell replied angrily. “He is your brother. This is not how I raised you boys. And Georgie, you upset her too. Liam said she left Landen’s so upset because of you and him. What were you thinking?”
“If you’ll just let me explain…” Callum tried to reason, but his mother was on a roll now.
“I know I wasn’t thrilled about you hiring her,” Nell admitted, cutting him off. “But I was wrong. She was exactly what you and Macy needed, and now what, she’s gone too. How could you be so…so stupid? But I knew yesterday that something was wrong. I asked you, but you said you were fine. I thought maybe you were stressed, so I took Macy home. I thought you could have some fun with your brothers, not beat the crap out of one of them.”
“MOM!” Callum yelled, knowing it was the only way to stop her ranting. “Everything is going to be okay. Georgie didn’t leave, and I promise, I will make things right with Liam. This was all my fault, I know I acted like an asshole, believe me, and for that I’m sorry.”
“So, Georgie didn’t leave?” Nell said, giving him a relieved look. “You cleared the air with her?”
“Yes, Mom,” Callum assured her.
“And she’s okay?” Nell asked. Callum couldn’t help but smile when he thought about Georgie, and the amazing night he had just spent with her. “That poor girl, what must she think of us?”
“Georgie’s great,” Callum replied, unable to hide the joy inside him. “I promise. So, you can stop worrying.”
Nell looked at him for a moment, and he knew she was trying to figure out what he was so happy about. Suddenly her eyes widened, and Callum knew that she knew.
“You slept with her!” Nell exclaimed as Callum’s smile faded a little. “I was right, you have lost your damn mind. This is beyond stupid, this… this is selfish.”
“Mother,” Callum said, suddenly feeling more than a little bit angry. “The last I checked, I was a grown man. I think I’m old enough to know what I’m doing.”
“Well clearly you don’t,” Nell said, giving him a look of sheer disbelief. “She is your daughter’s nanny. No, she is more than that, right now she is your daughter’s lifeline. If you hurt her like you hurt Carolynn, what will happen to Macy? Have you thought about her at all in this?”
“She is all I think about, Mother,” Callum retorted sharply, stunned his mother would have brought Carolynn up as she had. “But I can’t help how I feel about Georgie…”
“Callum,” Nell sighed, her face filled with concern. “The last time you couldn’t help how you feel, you let the girl you loved walk away, and you missed four years of your daughter’s life because of it. If this…this thing with Georgie goes wrong, and she walks away as Carolynn did, it will destroy that little girl.”
“BUT I LOVE HER!” Callum yelled angrily, having heard enough. “Don’t you get it? I tried to ignore the feelings I had for her; I tried so hard.”
“It’s only been two weeks!” Nell replied.
“And why does that matter?” Callum demanded. “You can’t help who you fall in love with. Look at Finn and Emmy...”
“Finn didn’t have a little girl to think about.” Nell reasoned, but Callum was not going to back down.
He opened his mouth to argue further, but he stopped when he heard Georgie’s voice from behind him.
“She’s right,” Georgie whispered, as Callum spun around to face her. “We need to think about Macy.”
“I am thinking about Macy,” Callum said as he walked slowly back toward Georgie, suddenly aware he was still just wearing a sheet around his waist. “Everything I do, I think about her first.”
“I don’t want to get this wrong and hurt her,” Georgie whispered softly, as she looked up into his eyes. “This is bigger than just you and me. Maybe we should have thought more before we… We should have thought about Macy.”
“I will never hurt her,” Callum replied, reaching up and softly touching her face. “I would rather die.”
He stopped for a moment as he stared down into her eyes, wishing that right at that exact moment, his mother wasn’t standing there, and he was wearing more than a sheet
“But I love you too, Georgie,” Callum finally continued. “Why does it have to be one or the other? Why can’t I love you both?”
Georgie didn’t reply. Instead she just smiled, before she nervously glanced towards Nell.
“Mom,” Callum sighed, turning to face his mother once more. “I know you don’t get it. I don’t get it myself. But if you love me, and if you ever trusted me, trust me that I know what I’m doing.”
“I do trust you, Callum,” Nell said, suddenly her voice softer.
“I know you’re worried about Macy,” Callum continued. “Georgie said the same thing to me earlier. So I will make you the same promise, I made her. I will figure this out. The last thing I want to do is ever hurt Macy in any way, but I don’t want to lose Georgie either.”
Nell looked at him for a moment, as slowly a smile spread across her lips.
“I just want you to be happy, Sweetheart,” Nell replied. “That’s all I want for all of you boys,”
“I am happy, Mom,” Callum said as he walked toward his mother on the cheek. “And I promise I will sort things with Liam too.”
“I think Liam feels as bad as you do,” Nell sighed, smiling at Callum. “He said he crossed a line, so you weren’t completely to blame.”
“Still doesn’t make what I did, right,” Callum sighed.
“No, it doesn’t,” Nell agreed, then smile. “But I know you boys can sort it out. Now, maybe you should go put some clothes on.”
Callum gave his mother a cheeky grin, then kissed her again on the cheek, before she turned and headed down the stairs.
“I’ll go make some coffee,” she called over her shoulder.
Callum smiled again, as he turned to face Georgie. His smile faded a little when he saw the worried look on her face.
He walked towards her, but she didn’t let her eyes meet his. Instead, she stared blankly at his chest.
“Please don’t worry,” Callum whispered, as he reached up, taking hold of her chin, pulling her face up to his. Leaning down, he softly pressed his lips to hers. “I need you to trust me.”
“Okay,” she whispered, giving him a smile that was simply beautiful.
“I should go get dressed,” Callum said, not letting go of her. “Want to come join me in the shower.”
“With your mother downstairs?” Georgie asked, raising her eyebrows.
“Damn it,” Callum groaned, as he leaned in to kiss her once more. “Then we will pick this up later.”
“Maybe,” she replied with a giggle as she turned, heading towards her own room, but not before Callum smacked her on the ass.
“Ouch!” She laughed as she turned back to look at him, now walking backward. “You’re gonna pay for that.”
She laughed once more as she turned and continued on to her room.
Callum stood and watched her as she disappeared into her room, smiling to himself.
You can fix this Cal; he thought to himself as he turned and walked into his own room. And you can make both Macy and Georgie happy.
