Omega In Lace: A M/M Romance (Non-Shifter Mpreg Omegaverse) by Shaw, Alice (14)

Epilogue: Hank

My eyes filled with tears as I watched my best friends stand at the altar. Standing tall in his grey suit, Leo looked dapper, and Hayden held his face into the light, glowing. Vibrant and beautiful, he smiled and said the two words we all wanted to hear:

“I do.”

Warmth and happiness filled my body. Looking at our baby in the crowd, I started to cry. Tears fell on my face, but as they rolled, I felt the joy rise up inside of me. “And do you, Leo, take this man as your lawfully wedded husband?”

“I do.”

The officiant raised his chin and smiled warmly. Lifting his hands into the air, he announced, “I now pronounce you husband and husband. You may now kiss!”

The beautiful couple gave their grand gesture of affection by making out as hard as they could. The crowd cheered, shot confetti into the air, and waited for the DJ to call everyone to the dance floor for the biggest party of their lives.

I fell into the loving arms of the two men in my life, constantly kissing Morgan’s soft head. That baby smell… I could never get enough of it. “Morgan, you’re everything to me. Do you know that?” I whispered. A bit of drool fell from his lips.

“He knows,” Noah said.

Holding the old camera in front of him, Adam said, “Hey, I want to take a picture of this moment. Stand over by that sycamore tree.”

“Baby, you can’t be out of the shot,” I said. “Come on. Give the camera to Leo. He’s coming our way.”

Leo was double-fisting two beers, and he had the glazed look of happiness all over his face. Once he saw me, he came running over, scooping me up into the air before setting me back down on my feet. “Hank!” he screamed. “I did it! I got married!” Red wine had somehow already covered the front of his grey suit.

I laughed and felt a sense of pride creep into me. It was so hard to believe we were getting older sometimes, but it felt right. We were growing into our skin well.

“I’m proud you, brother,” I said, trying not to tear up again. It was no use, of course. Once the tears came, they fell down my face like the harsh summer rain.

Leo brought hugged me tightly. “Thanks for being here. It means a lot to the both of us,” he whispered.

“You guys are my best friends,” I said. “I’ll always be there.”

Leo turned and saw Adam with his camera. “And you,” Leo said, voice severe. A smile broke his sternness. “Come here! You and Now both get huge hugs!”

“Congratulations,” Adam said, hugging him. Noah joined them.

“Look, I just want to say sorry. We started off on the wrong foot,” Leo said.

Hayden walked up behind him. “We were total assholes. Like, real assholes.”

“Hey, listen. I get it. You guys are all best friends. Noah and I happened to want to bang your best friend.” Everyone laughed. “Joking aside, I’m just glad we’re friends now too,” Adam said.

Looking down, he pointed to Adam’s camera. “Oh, a picture! Here, I’ll take it for you guys.”

Adam handed him his camera. “All you have to do is press this button here.”

“Okay, everyone stand around the sycamore tree!” Leo dropped down on one knee and aimed the camera at us once we settled around the tree. I held baby Morgan in front of me, proudly.

“On three. Three, two, one… cheese!

Click.

“That’s one for the holiday cards,” Noah said.

After the picture, Hayden strolled over with Nathan in his arms. Both babies reached out to each other. “They’re going to be best friends,” he said.

“God, wouldn’t that be the cutest? I can wait until they’re older, but you just know Nathan is going to take Morgan on all sorts of adventures,” I said.

“Who knows? Maybe they’ll end up getting married and having kids,” Hayden joked.

“We’ll be so old. Okay, I definitely don’t want to think about that yet,” I said.

We both laughed but Hayden had a curious look in his eyes. “Oh, I wanted to ask you something. Whatever happened with Kenny Lorel? Did Sawyer ever tell you?”

Laughing, I thought about the email that Sawyer sent us. “I guess a lot of people ended up coming out about him. I wasn’t the only guy he did that too. His career is ruined from the backlash on social media, though.”

“Good.” Hayden smiled. “Karma, right?”

“I’m just glad that’s over. I’m still a little mad at Sawyer, though,” I said.

“He hasn’t asked the cop out?” Hayden let out a short laugh.

“Yes! It’s pissing me off! They’d look so cute together,” I said.

“I bet he’ll do it. He’s probably crushing hard,” Hayden said.

“Too hard,” I agreed.

I hoped Sawyer could have a love story as us. He deserved it. Everyone deserved it. I looked over at Adam and Noah. They were talking to Leo still, but they waved me over. “Okay, I guess the boys need me,” I said. “You should go mingle.”

“I will. Love you, Hank.”

“We love you too, Hayden.”

I reunited with my family and handed Morgan over to the alphas. Morgan was behaving so well for being out for so long. “How are you feeling, baby?” Noah asked, kissing my cheek.

“I’m good, but I’m getting a little tired. Want to go in thirty minutes?” I asked.

“Sure. But before we head back onto the dance floor, we want to show you something,” Adam said.

“Something important,” Noah added.

Leo let out a chuckle and shielded his eyes. “Oh, boy. Here we go.”

“Guys, what’s going on? I don’t need any more surprises,” I said.

Noah smiled and gave me that classic, defiant look of his. “Unfortunately, my dear, there are two surprises.”

I lowered my eyes toward their pelvis region, and bit the edge of my lip. Then, I looked up at our baby. “Don’t get too playful. We have babies present.” I said.

They quickly unzipped their pants before I could issue a cry of protest. Unbuttoning the top button, they let their slacks fall to the floor. The two were wearing the cutest, pinkest pair of lace panties I had ever seen.

“Oh. My. God,” I whispered.

“Come on, Hank. Let’s go home.”

It was going to be a long night, but I couldn’t wait to share it with them.

End.
