SEAL’s Fake Marriage (A Navy SEAL Romance) by Ivy Jordan (8)

Chapter Eight

Blake

Sleeping next to Aiden proved to be more than I could handle. The heat from his muscular body, the fact that he slept only in shorts, and the deep, sexy groans that escaped his lips through the night worked hard on my arousal.

I was glad we found a bed so quickly, and that my last few nights were spent alone, but the days were rough, watching Aiden prance around in nothing but shorts, his tan skin stretched over his muscles, and sweat glistening all over his body as he worked.

All of my stuff was in his room, making it awkward every morning when I’d find something to wear and dress for the day. This morning, I’d slept in, my body aching with sexual tension so bad I hated to open my eyes, let alone move from the warm bed.

I could hear Aiden in the distance, what sounded like noises coming from the kitchen. I finally forced myself to get up, to check on what was happening. When I walked into the kitchen, noticing all the food on the counter, I realized I’d forgotten about the lunch with his mother and abuela that afternoon.

“Well, look who’s finally up,” Aiden smirked sarcastically.

I was thankful he was dressed, his body covered from my lustful eyes. I needed time to shake off the feelings that were flowing through me—/and coffee. I needed coffee.

“I’m sorry, I forgot that was today,” I admitted, reaching for the coffee cup in the top cabinet.

I stretched my arm up, brushing it against Aiden, and creating a wild shock of electricity shooting through me. I blushed as I pulled the cup down to the coffee maker, refusing to make eye contact with him as I poured myself some energy.

“You know how important this is,” he snapped, his irritation shining through.

I took a step back and sipped the hot coffee into my mouth, burning my lips and tongue as it made contact. His eyes were dark, filled with a nervous frustration that made his look vulnerable, which for some reason, aroused my longing for him.

“I’ll help with everything; just tell me what to do,” I offered with a smile.

He’d worked hard keeping his mother and abuela away for the last few days after telling them the news. They bombarded him with questions, and he answered them all gracefully, although not truthfully.

Apparently, we’d been dating for a while, sneaking around because we didn’t know for sure if we were a thing. I tried to remember the story exactly as he’d told it to them, hopeful that I wouldn’t make any slips when forced to be face to face with the women.

“Are you going to be okay today?” Aiden asked, pulling me from the trance I fell into.

I was staring out the window into the backyard at nothing really. I was nervous. I’d known the women most of my life, but this was going to be a different type of reunion.

This was the reason we’d stood in front of the judge at the courthouse nearly a week ago. It was important to Aiden, so it was important to me that I do a great job.

I nodded and smiled. I would be fine. He had enough to worry about without adding me to the list.

“What should we do first?” I asked, looking at the large amount of groceries on the kitchen counter.

“Start the cobbler,” he asserted.

I didn’t know the first thing about baking, or cooking for that matter, so I had to ask Aiden for direction almost every turn. I managed to get the cobbler in the oven, and then started on helping him dredge the chicken. Every time we touched, or he stood too close to me, I heated up. My body was aching, my pussy throbbing, and I was afraid my hardened nipples were visible through my thin bra and tight t-shirt as I moved on to peeling potatoes.

Aiden gripped my hand in his, pulling me close to his chest. His eyes pierced into mine, his chest pushed against my breasts, and I could feel his heartbeat racing.

“Thank you for doing this,” he said softly.

We were so close, I could lift up on my toes and reach my lips to his, but I didn’t. I smiled, blushing, and pulled away.

“You’re welcome. This helps me out as well, ya know,” I smiled, reminding him that he was giving me a place to stay to finish my novel.

“They’ll be here soon. I need to grab a quick shower,” I muttered, escaping down the hall and into the master bathroom.

I shut the door behind me, leaning against it as I calmed my tensions with slow breathing. Damn, he was hot, and being here in this house, alone with him, it was wearing on me.

If I was going to get through this afternoon, I knew a cold shower was a must. I slipped out of my t-shirt and checked in the mirror that in fact, my nipples were pressing through the thin bra. Shit!

I reached into the shower, turning the water to a lukewarm, and then reached behind me, unsnapping my bra. It felt amazing to let my breasts free from their cage. My hardened nipples instantly twitched from the cool air of the room. As I leaned down, sliding my shorts and panties from my body, the tackiness from my arousal tugged at my sensitive flesh. I stepped into the shower, letting the water ripple over my body, encouraging my lust instead of soothing it.

My hand reached between my legs, rubbing against my swollen flesh. A slight moan rolled from my lips, echoing in the small room. I bit into my bottom lip as I buried a finger deep inside my warm pussy, pumping slowly, steadily, and stirring my arousal to a hot roar.

The streams from the shower nipped at my breasts, teasing them with wild, random flicks. I pushed against the water, arching my back. My finger slid deeper into my body, slick arousal surrounding it as it penetrated with a systematic rhythm.

The tile was cold against my back as I pressed against it, lifting one leg to the edging along the wall. My other hand rolled down my body, slowly, intensely, only stopping once my fingers stretched to reach my clit. It was swollen, tender, and eager for my touch. I rolled the pearl, still hidden beneath the tight skin, with my index finger until finally coaxing it out.

Streams of water rushed onto my face, slowly dripping down my lips and into my open mouth. Moans rolled from my throat again as my body tensed with pleasure. My legs weakened, and my breathing grew rapid as trembles rolled through my every nerve. The sweet release of my orgasm was quickly met with the realization that I’d thought about Aiden, picturing his muscular body, tanned skin, and beautiful blue eyes.

I shut off the water and grabbed a towel, nervous about the noise I’d made in my moments of ecstasy. My arousal was slick between my legs, causing my thighs to tug at one another as I took the two steps to the door.

Hair still wet and body still tingling, I opened the door to find Aiden leaning against the wall near the bathroom. My cheeks instantly flushed with red, the heat so strong I could barely handle it.

“They just called. They’ll be here any minute,” Aiden smiled, more of a smirk.

Oh God, did he hear me?

I nodded and quickly made my way past him into the large walk-in closet where I’d hung my clothes. Standing there naked beneath my towel, my body still drenched with lust, and his eyes piercing into me made me uneasy.

When I came out of the closet, Aiden was gone, so I quickly shut the door to get dressed.

Women’s laughter and shrieks of joy sounded through the bedroom door from a distance. They were here.

I found a sundress, one that was more modest than not, and a pair of cute casual sandals to match. I’d avoided wetting my hair, knowing the long, thick locks would take forever to dry, so I pulled it up into a ponytail, and quickly applied just enough makeup to look prepared, but not overly.

Liana immediately opened her arms, moving towards me quickly as I walked into the living room. She was just as I remembered her: boisterous, overly friendly, and beautiful. Even age hadn’t faded her beauty or her strength. As she embraced me, her arms squeezed tightly around my frame, like a boa constrictor choking out its prey.

“Give the poor girl some air,” Anna-Maria, Aiden’s abuela who I’d only met a few times, gasped.

Liana released me from the tight squeeze but kept her hands gripped tightly on my shoulders as she gave me a once-over, as if she were deciding if I were worth her son’s time. She smiled, an approval I assumed, and then turned to Aiden.

“I wish you would’ve told me, I would’ve loved to have been there,” she sighed, her eyes rolling with guilt as she spoke.

“I know. I told you, it wasn’t a traditional wedding: just the two of us,” Aiden spoke sternly.

Aiden ushered the women into the kitchen, where lunch was already prepared. Liana looked surprised at the feast, her eyes fixating on me as Aiden placed each dish onto the table.

“You did all this?” she shrieked with excitement.

“I-uh,” I stuttered.

“She did,” Aiden quickly injected.

I smiled nervously, not sure why he told the women I had prepared the meal, when in fact, he’d done most of the work. As I watched his grandmother’s face light up with approval and pride, I realized quickly that cooking was part of the deal for Aiden’s wife, not just making babies.

“Let’s eat,” Aiden ordered as he sat down at the table.

The women praised my cooking skills, even though I had none, and Aiden smirked in my direction when he caught me glaring in his direction.

“So, why the quick wedding? Are you pregnant?” Liana blurted out.

I nearly choked on my chicken as I struggled to breathe. She’d caught me off-guard.

“No, not pregnant,” I answered.

“But you want children?” she pushed.

“I do,” I smiled.

That was true, the first truth I’d spoken to the woman. I did want children, three of them to be exact, maybe a fourth after the first three were grown and I had an empty nest. I realized as I ran my fork through the mashed potatoes that I wasn’t getting any younger. I’d be lucky to have one at the rate I was going, let alone the three I dreamt of having. This marriage, this marriage of convenience, was starting to feel not very convenient at all. How would I meet someone, fall in love, and start my family if I was busy playing wife to Aiden?

“I assume you’ll be getting started on the family pretty quick?” Anna Maria spoke sweetly, but with an underlying pushiness I didn’t care for much.

It was obvious that Aiden hadn’t exaggerated the pressure his mother and abuela put him through to get married and have babies, but my concern was he’d only fulfilled one part of the deal. What was going to happen when they didn’t see my belly filled with a grandchild? Were they going to start pressuring me as well?

During lunch, Aiden bumped into me, brushed against me, and it all felt very accidental, until he reached for my hand, gripping it tightly in his. He stared into my eyes, a look that I hadn’t seen before, and he leaned in, kissing me gently on the lips as the women both gushed with approval.

My body was throbbing again, and I knew another cold shower would look too conspicuous. Once the women left, leaving me alone with Aiden, all I could think of to do was get the hell out of there.

“I’m gonna head to the coffee shop to get some work done,” I said eagerly, ready to run for the door.

“You can stay here and work in the office; I’ll leave you alone, I promise,” Aiden suggested.

His t-shirt was tight, too tight. The outline of his muscles was enough to send me into heat. I knew if I stuck around, that t-shirt would come off, and he’d walk around the house, probably out by the pool where the office window gave me a perfect view, showing off those glorious muscles. No. I had to go.

“I’d prefer to work at the coffee shop, if that’s okay,” I quickly grabbed my laptop and headed for the door.
