What He Hides: Desires Book 3 by E.M. Denning (10)

Chapter Ten

Xavier

Xavier’s legs shook, and he laughed as he tugged Everett to his feet. “Maybe we should’ve waited a few more minutes.” Xavier laughed even harder when Everett clung to him for dear life. “I feel like a baby deer that’s learning to walk.”

Everett’s breathy laugh warmed Xavier’s heart. He could live off the sound of Everett’s laugh. “I thought bottoms were the only ones who were supposed to walk funny after sex.”

“You’ve had lousy tops, because if you do it right, you’re as boneless as the guy you, well, boned.” Xavier shook his head at his own lame attempt at a joke. Everett laughed and wound an arm around Xavier’s waist. Xavier draped his arm over Everett’s shoulder and they clung together until they got to the bathroom.

Everett untangled himself and reached for his wrist cuffs. Xavier reached out and grabbed his hands. “Let me.”

Everett’s hand stilled and he let Xavier remove it from the cuff. Everett’s arm hung limp at his side while Xavier unfastened the first leather cuff. Xavier set it on the counter before bringing Everett’s naked wrist to his lips. He pressed a kiss to the inside of his wrist, then did the same thing to the other wrist.

He loved Everett’s soft smile; the way when Everett blushed, his neck flushed the same shade of pink as his cheeks. Everything Everett did was perfect. He’d always thought sex with Everett would be hot, but he never imagined it would make his insides sing. What he did with Everett had been better than sex, more than sex. He couldn’t call it making love, they weren’t there yet, but he hoped they’d cemented the connection between them.

Xavier allowed himself to wonder for a moment what Andrew would have to say about this. Everett turned the shower on and grinned at him as he reached for Xavier's glasses.

Everett’s delicate fingers plucked the glasses off Xavier’s face. When Xavier blinked, Everett kissed the tip of Xavier’s nose.

“Can you see without these?” Everett carefully set Xavier’s glasses on the counter, then stepped into the shower.

Xavier followed. He wound his arms around Everett’s waist, leaned in, and kissed the tip of Everett’s nose. “I see you. You’ll have to stay close though.” Xavier cocked his head to the side. “That a problem?”

Everett giggled and slid his fingers into Xavier’s hair. “That’s the opposite of a problem.”

Xavier kissed Everett, quickly, because if he got into it they’d never get clean. Xavier would kiss Everett until the last drop of hot water had been used, and Xavier wanted Everett clean so he could dirty him up again.

Xavier gently untangled himself from Everett and snatched the bottle of body wash and a loofa off the shower caddy. Xavier lathered the loofa and made a quick job of scrubbing himself.

“Turn around.” Xavier told Everett.

Without argument, Everett turned his back to Xavier. Xavier started at Everett’s shoulders and worked his way down in slow circles. He washed every inch of Everett’s back. Everett glanced over his shoulder when Xavier gently washed both cheeks of Everett’s ass. Everett leaned forward and arched his back, he spread his legs a little to give Xavier easier access while he washed between Everett’s plump cheeks.

Everett started to turn around, but Xavier took a step forward. He plastered his chest to Everett’s back and looped his arms around Everett. Xavier kissed Everett’s neck and started gently washing Everett’s chest.

Everett melted against Xavier. He tilted his head, exposing more of his neck to Xavier. Xavier flicked Everett’s earlobe as he worked the loofa over Everett’s nipples. Xavier’s dick was already rock hard and ready to go again. He pressed it into Everett’s crease. When Everett rocked back, Xavier pulled away.

“Stay still. Naughty pet.” Xavier chuckled and scrubbed the loofa over Everett’s stomach before moving lower. He barely grazed the side of Everett’s cock. Everett groaned.

As soon as Xavier dropped the loofa he wrapped as soapy hand around Everett’s cock. Everett shuddered, but managed to stay still and Xavier rewarded him with a long, slow, stroke, from root to tip.

“Oh, fuck.” Everett reached behind himself and his hands scrambled to grab onto something. Everett lifted his arms and his hands clamped onto Xavier’s biceps.

Xavier kept his strokes slow. Everett’s cock fit in his hand perfectly. Their bodies slotted against each other as if they were a complete match. Xavier only had an inch of height on Everett.

Everett tilted his head back and rested it on Xavier’s shoulder. His back bowed and his ass ground into Xavier’s cock. Xavier tightened his grip and stroked Everett faster.

“Oh shit. Xavier. Fuck.” Everett’s fingers bit into Xavier’s arms and he smiled at the sting when one of Everett’s nails broke his skin.

Everett whined and keened. “Fuck. Fuck. Close. Shit.”

Everett whined when Xavier suddenly let go of his cock. Xavier kissed Everett on the cheek and reached around him to shut the water off.

Everett groaned. “You’re totally evil.”

“Master.” Xavier nipped at Everett’s earlobe. “You’re totally evil, Master.” Xavier climbed out of the shower and grabbed a couple towels. He passed one to Everett and wrapped the other around his waist. He shoved his damp hair off his forehead and slid his glasses back on. “Show me where you filmed. I want to see it.”

Everett padded down the hallway to the second bedroom and opened the door. Xavier followed him inside. It was a completely unremarkable room. To one side sat a low, six drawer dresser. A camera and a laptop perched on top. Across the room sat a tall, wide cabinet. The room was otherwise empty.

Everett crossed the room. He grabbed the front of the cabinet, pulled and Xavier watched in total astonishment as a dungeon unfolded before his eyes. There stood a St. Andrew’s Cross. “That’s amazing. What else does it do?” Xavier took a step closer and watched as Everett bent down, flipped a latch, and put a spanking bench together in a matter of seconds. He went to the cabinet located near the cross and opened the side of it.

“I keep the toys in here. Well some of them.”

“Some?” Xavier arched an eyebrow and Everett motioned to the dresser.

“There’s more in there.”

Xavier opened each drawer. One at a time. Rope. Blindfolds. Bondage gear. Dildos. Butt plugs. Anal beads. Sensory toys. Nipple clamps. Underwear. Thongs. Manties. Stockings. Paddles. Crops. Floggers.

“Holy fuck, Ev.” Excitement sat on Xavier’s chest and he could barely breathe. “Where did you get all this?”

Everett folded his arms over his chest. “I bought some of it. The rest are gifts from people who follow my blog. Most are from Doms who wanted me to use something they purchased for me in a video. Some of it is from appreciative subs.”

“Why would subs send you stuff?”

Everett shrugged a shoulder. “They drop questions in my inbox and I answer them.”

“What kind of questions do they ask?”

“Some of them want to know if it’s weird to want the things we want. There’s a lot of stigma around people who are submissive or into BDSM in general. They want to know they’re normal. That they’re not weak or weird or deviant or depraved.” Everett grinned. “Sometimes they want tips on how to eliminate their gag reflex.”

Xavier grinned, and his cock hardened as he remembered how stunning Everett had been when he took all of Xavier into his mouth, then looked up at him and batted his eyelashes. “That’s a handy skill to have.”

As much as Xavier wanted to strap Everett’s cuffs back on his wrist and tie him to the cross, he had another more pressing matter. Xavier’s stomach rumbled in agreement and Everett grinned at him.

“Worked up an appetite, I hear.”

Xavier smiled. “Well, see, I had this hot date, and I’d intended to buy him dinner, but he decided to have his wicked way with me instead.”

Everett barked out a laugh and sauntered over to Xavier. He threw his arms around Xavier’s neck and kissed him. “I guess I should make you dinner.”

Xavier's hands found Everett’s hips. Fuck, he found it hard to be close to him. He wanted to pin Everett down and fuck him. Or kiss him senseless. Or both. “We could order in.” Xavier imagined playing a game with Everett. He’d call it, how many times can I make my pet come before the pizza gets here?

Everett lowered his gaze before glancing back up at Xavier. “Let me cook for you. Please. I want to.”

Xavier groaned and kissed the corner of Everett’s mouth. “How could I possibly resist?” Xavier kissed Everett again, quickly, or he’d kiss him all night, then pulled away. “Apron only, pet.”

Everett smiled and stepped around Xavier and headed toward the open door. “Yes, Master.”

Xavier slipped into Everett’s room and collected his pants. He ditched the underwear and the belt and slid them on. He found Everett in the kitchen tying his apron behind his back. Everett washed his hands before rummaging in the fridge. Xavier stood on the other side of the counter and watched Everett work. He noticed the missing cuffs and quickly retrieved them from the bathroom. “Come here, Pet.”

Everett stopped and dutifully went to Xavier.

“Give me your wrists.”

Everett smiled shyly and held his hands out in front of himself. Xavier carefully wrapped the cuff around Everett’s wrist and fastened it. Unable to help himself, he brought Everett’s hand to his mouth and kissed the open palm. He gave Everett a soft smile before repeating the process with his other wrist. When both cuffs were back on, Xavier grinned at him. “I can’t wait to put those to use.”

Everett blushed and hurried back to the counter. Xavier watched Everett. It took him seconds to figure out Everett was making pizza dough. Bent over, Xavier put his elbows on the counter and watched Everett work. Everett worked in silence until he started to knead the dough. He glanced over at Xavier.

“How did you get into the scene?”

Xavier straightened up. His face got so hot Everett could probably cook the pizza on it. Xavier cleared his throat and stuffed his hands in his front pockets. Honesty was the best policy in any relationship, but in relationships where one guy wanted to tie up another guy, honesty was crucial. “Well. You, actually.”

Everett’s hands stilled, and he slowly turned his head. “Me?”

“Remember the last time you stayed with us? It was before your big move. Well…when you left you didn’t wipe the browsing history, and I found some interesting sites.”

Everett’s face went ghost white and Xavier rushed around the counter and wrapped his arms around Everett’s waist. By this time, Everett’s face turned ten different shades of red.

“Oh my god. I corrupted you. You were…”

“Fourteen.”

Everett buried his face into Xavier’s shoulder. “Oh my god.”

“Ev. That was the best thing that ever happened to me.”

Everett snorted.

“No, Ev, I’m serious. School was miserable for a skinny gay kid like me. Drew wasn’t there to help me out, and those sites, seeing those guys command other men. As I watched them dominate and control and take care of their subs, it woke something up inside of me. I couldn’t control being gay or getting picked on. I couldn’t look after myself, but someday, I wanted that control. I wanted to look after someone like that.” Xavier bit off the last of his speech. He’d keep it to himself for now. It was too early for speeches about how Xavier wanted to be someone’s everything. Xavier brushed a kiss against the side of Everett’s head. “You saved me, Ev.”

Everett had the decency not to snort again. Instead, he kissed the side of Xavier’s neck, before pulling away. “Okay, so first I corrupted you, then I saved you. That’s a story I’d like to hear.”

Xavier stayed in the kitchen while Everett went back to work on the pizza. He enjoyed being able to reach out and touch Everett whenever he wanted. The way Everett’s green apron tented at the front told Xavier that Everett enjoyed it as much as he did.

“How did you get into the scene?” Xavier figured turn about was fair play. It also served as a good distraction. Xavier had little desire to tell the tale of his younger, over eager self.

Everett let the dough rest on the counter while he prepared the sauce and started chopping the vegetables. “A guy I dated was into it, but things didn’t work out and eventually we parted ways.”

Xavier noted the clinical tone to Everett’s voice, like he recited rehearsed facts instead of telling a story. It didn’t sit well with Xavier, but he didn’t push Everett. When Everett was ready, he’d tell him.

After that, the conversation steered itself in a different direction. While Everett put the pizza together, Xavier regaled him with tales from culinary school. When the pizza finished cooking Everett sliced it, plated it, and followed Xavier into the living room.

“I don’t have cable, but I have Netflix. That okay?” Everett asked as, to Xavier’s pleasant surprise, he sat down right next to him. Everett undid his apron and tossed it aside. He covered himself with a blanket that had been draped over the back of the couch.

“Sounds perfect. You choose the show though, I don’t watch a lot of television anymore.”

Everett clicked into onto an episode of some demon hunter show and they ate their pizza in amicable silence. Xavier had no interest in the show. Sure, the guy who played the one brother was hot as fuck, but even if he’d been stark naked, Xavier wouldn’t have been able to concentrate on him with Everett pressed up against him.

When they finished eating, Xavier tossed an arm around Everett and yanked him closer. Everett flung an arm around Xavier’s middle and let out a soft sigh. When the episode ended, Everett grabbed the remote and turned off the television. He snuggled back into Xavier.

“Did you mean what you said in that email?

“I’ve meant every word I’ve ever said to you.”

“Even the ones about not letting me go?”

Xavier squeezed Everett’s shoulder. “Especially those.” Xavier took a deep breath. None of this had felt weird. Kissing Everett. Holding him. Laughing with him and watching him cook, all of it felt as right as Xavier always imagined it would. Xavier had tried to get serious with other guys in his past, and those relationships seemed weird. No one ever fit him quite the way Everett did.

“We have to tell Andrew. I won’t sneak around and lie to my best friend.”

Andrew was a wild card. Xavier had no way of knowing how he would react. “What do you think he’ll say?”

Everett shrugged. “I don’t know. I think he’ll think it’s weird, but I think he’ll be mostly okay with it…eventually.”

“Eventually?”

“Well,” Everett giggled. “He already thought it was weird when we were filming together naked, and once he knows we’re doing other naked things together, he might be even more weirded out.” Everett laughed. “I’ll bake his favorite cookies and soften him up.” Without warning, Everett shifted and looked at Xavier. “Do you have to work tomorrow?”

“Not until the evening.”

Everett captured Xavier in a kiss. He twisted his body until he could thrust his fingers into Xavier’s hair and toss a leg over his lap. The blanket fell away. Everett’s naked chest brushed against Xavier’s. Breathless, Everett pulled away. “Stay with me.”

Xavier’s fingers rippled down Everett’s sides and he gripped his hips. “I wish I was strong enough to pick you up and carry you down to your room.”

“I don’t.” Everett's face held a serious expression for an instant, then it vanished, and Xavier watched him close his eyes and press a chaste kiss against Xavier’s lips. “You’re perfect.”

Xavier loved the way his words sounded echoed by Everett.

After freshening up in the bathroom, courtesy of a spare toothbrush Everett had kicking around from his last trip to the dentist, Xavier crawled into bed next to Everett. Everett carefully removed Xavier’s glasses and set them on the nightstand before sliding down and resting his head on Xavier’s chest. Everett wound an arm around Xavier’s middle and tossed a leg over him.

“You comfy?” Xavier asked as he absent-mindedly played with Everett’s hair.

“Mmm–hmm.” Everett replied sleepily.

In the dim room, Xavier felt around for Everett’s hand. He entwined their fingers, lifted his arm and kissed the buckle of Everett’s cuff.

Everett chuckled, and puffs of air washed over Xavier’s chest. “You’re addicted to my cuffs.”

“I’m addicted to you.”

Everett turned his head and kissed Xavier’s bare chest. “God, I’m tired.”

“Wore you out did I?” Xavier traced a line up and down Everett’s spine.

“Do you know how long it had been since I got off? That orgasm took ten years off my life.”

Xavier laughed and ignored the interest his cock had in this conversation. “Sleep. I have plans for you in the morning.”

“I bet you do.”

Xavier stayed awake long after Everett fell asleep on him. He laid in the dark and savored the way Everett felt against him. Eventually, he drifted off to sleep.
