“It was great, Daddy! I went out for drinks with Bridget and then called it an early night….” Audrey lied, her eyes colliding with mine once again as she spoke to her father. “Fantastic. And how is Bridget doing?” He was peppering her with questions, trying to catch her in a white lie. I had seen him do it time and time again. Andy was a good dad, protective and caring, but he needed to let Audrey spread her wings a bit. That could’ve been half the reason she was so tempted to sleep with me.
“She’s doing great actually, and she’s super….”
“Sir, you have a phone call on line three… they say it’s an urgent matter.” Layla rushed into the room, nearly knocking into Andy as she did so. She was Andy’s full-time secretary and almost the same age as Audrey. Sometimes I thought I’d seen a flicker of interest in his eyes, only for it to be replaced by disgust or revulsion.
“Alright!” he sighed, releasing Audrey, while allowing me to continue to stare at her perfectly toned body. What Daddy didn’t know couldn’t hurt him, right?
