Lying in bed with Stryker later that night, Rochelle and her pregnancy keeps playing over in my mind. I look over at Stryker and he looks so peaceful but all I can think about is another woman having Stryker’s baby. I toss and turn but give up and slide out from under him and slip on his shirt. The wooden floor cold under foot so I grab a pair of his socks from his top draw and slip out the door. I look in on Tink and she's fast asleep, she looks just as peaceful as Stryker. I make my way down the stairs, the house in darkness apart from the kitchen light and I walk in and find Tiny sitting at the table, he smiles when I walk in “Hay darlin’ can't sleep” I shake my head
“No, a lot on my mind” (I wonder if he knows about the baby)

“Well we were talking about Rochelle and the baby”

“Why don't you get a paternity test done” I say to him
“A what?” I roll my eyes
“Don't either of you ever go on line or watch TV that's not a movie or a game” they both look at each other and shake their heads no (god men) “Anyway, a paternity test is a blood sample from Rochelle and a mouth swab from you and they can determine if you’re the father or not”
“Really where do we do this”
“At the doctor’s office just make an appointment”
“Well she did say she has an appointment on Monday maybe I should go and have it done than”
“You should it's better than waiting another eight months right” he pulls me to him
“New I fell for a smart woman” the next morning was a late start I didn't have work until ten so I slept in a bit, Stryker was out in the garage with Tiny fixing something, when my door opens and Tink walks in.

“It was so good” were both laughing when Stryker walks in and stops

“Give me your arm baby” I hold out an arm and feel him slip something up my left arm and then the right and the smell of leather hits me “Open baby” I slowly open my eyes to a jacket like his, except mines smaller and more feminine I turn around and gasp
