“You should know I come at a price, and what you’re asking for is more than what I usually give, Mr. Hill,” Valerie says, a teasing lilt in her voice. If only the man on the other end of the line can see the grin on her face…

 

Valerie is intrigued at his deep, masculine voice. His tone alone gives a feeling of protection and security. It excites her to know what he looks like in person.
