I sighed happily as the hot water washed away the dirt and grime from my body. After we left the cabin, the police were waiting a little ways down the road and took Kelly, Natasha, and Winston from us. Apparently, Dexter had called them while I was distracting the guards.
I grabbed the body wash and began scrubbing my body down until I was sure I was absolutely clean. Once I finished my shower, I wrapped a towel around my body and exited the bathroom. We had decided to stay the night at a hotel and leave tomorrow since we were all exhausted.
William had gone out to grab some coffee, so I was all alone in the hotel suite. I walked over to the closet, stripped myself of the towel, and grabbed some underwear. Once I had slipped on my panties, I began the struggle of trying to clasp my bra together on my back.
“Stupid clasp, stupid bra,” I muttered.
Suddenly, a warm hand gently removed my hands from my back and clasped the bra together for me. I shivered slightly as the hand slowly traveled down my side and gripped my waist. I could feel goosebumps on my arms as William’s hot breath landed on my ear. He pulled me into his chest.
“There’s no point in putting it on if it’s going to come off anyway,” he whispered huskily.
I turned around and stepped back in shock. William was staring at me with desire clear in his dark eyes. I swallowed when I noticed the strain in his pajama pants.
He groaned. “You sure know how to tease a man.”
“I…I…” I didn’t know what to say.
He wrapped his arms around my waist and dragged me closer to him. I bit my lip when I felt his erection poke me.
“You what?” He leaned down and nipped my earlobe.
I moaned softly, moving my head to give him more access. He sucked my earlobe gently and kissed the area behind my ear.
“You should be punished for being such a tease,” he growled into my ear.
I gasped as one of his hands traveled down and squeezed my butt tightly. He kissed and bit my sweet spot, making me to moan loudly. I whimpered when he suddenly pulled away and looked up in time to see him lean down and crush his lips to mine. I immediately wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him back just as hard. There were sparks everywhere and the kiss was rough but passionate. He growled when I denied him entrance and bit my bottom lip, causing me to open my mouth. I moaned and tangled my hands in his hair.
He slowly began moving me backward, and I was soon lying on the bed with William on top. He pulled away for a second and whipped off his shirt. I leaned up and kissed his neck, to which he moaned and pulled my head back to kiss me again.
Okay, it was really getting hot in here.
William removed his lips from mine and kissed down to my breast. He sucked and nipped on my hard nipple through the barrier of my bra. I gasped and my eyes rolled to the back of my head from pleasure.
Unfortunately, we were interrupted by William’s cellphone. We groaned and pulled away.
“Why does this always happen to us?” William muttered, snatching his phone from the bedside table.
“I have no idea,” I said, feeling disappointed by the interruption. I got off the bed to put my clothes on in the bathroom. When I got out, William was smirking at me and I stared at him in confusion.
“There’s fog covering the skylight from our steamy make out session.” He pointed up at the window over the bed. Sure enough, there was fog covering the window and I felt my cheeks burn. He smirked and kissed my cheek.
“So, do you want to go down and eat dinner with the guys?” William asked, trying to comb his hair with his fingers.
“Sure.” I smiled.
We grabbed our cellphones and left the suite. When we reached the restaurant, the guys were already there.
“What’s up, guys?” I asked, sitting down beside Alex.
Ethan smirked. “I think we should ask you that question.”
I frowned. “What do you mean?”
“He’s talking about how your lips are super swollen and how you have a hickey.” Jackson chuckled, pointing to my neck.
My eyes widened and I glared at William, who grinned at me. I sighed and removed my hair from the ponytail it was in so that my neck was covered.
“Much better. I honestly don’t want to know what you guys do behind closed doors. Though I already know,” Ethan said, patting my head. I glared at him and slapped his hand away.
“Hey, today’s karaoke night,” Alex interrupted excitedly, pointing to the sign on the far wall.
As if on cue, a man stepped onto the dance floor in the middle of the restaurant.
“Good evening, ladies and gentlemen! It’s karaoke night, so grab your partner and sign up. At the end of the night, there will be a vote to see who the winner is!” he said, waving around a clipboard.
Alex ran over to the man and wrote something on the clipboard. He came back with a mischievous grin on his face. “I signed you and William up.”
“You what?” We stood up at the same time, then realized people were staring at us.
We sat back down and glared at Alex, who just shrugged. “I think you guys would be amazing as a duet.”
“All right, first up, we have a duet. William and Heather singing “Just a Kiss” by Lady Antebellum!” the man yelled into the microphone before we could even argue.
William stood up and turned to me with a small smile, taking my hand in his. We walked over to the announcer guy, who handed us the microphones.
I was going to kill Alex for this later on.
The music started and I sang my lines softly, glancing at William. He was staring me with a small smile and reached over to tangle our fingers together. He started singing his lines and I was surprised by how deep his singing voice was. It was a nice baritone.
William squeezed my hand as the song came to an end. I looked up at him and he was already staring at me with a loving look in his eyes.
We sang the last line and William leaned down to press his lips to mine.
We were both smiling through the kiss and the audience began cheering and clapping loudly. He pulled away and stared into my eyes.
My lips curved into a small smile as I pecked his lips once more.
As I stared into his eyes, I started to realize something.
I was falling in love with William.
