Going Commando (Heathens Ink Book 2) by K.M. Neuhold (13)

Royal

The heat must’ve been messing with my head today because I could’ve sworn for a minute when Nash and I were goofing off, it almost felt like he had an erection. It had to have been something in his pocket, though, right?

My phone buzzes and I whip it out to find a text from Zade. My heart jumps with excitement when I see just two words. Knock, knock.

I leap off the couch and make my way to the front door. I pull it open and give Zade a wry smile.

“You know, that’s exactly the kind of text a serial killer sends.”

“You can’t go two seconds without being a smartass, can you?” Zade asks before stepping into my personal space and tilting my face up.

Like the dirty tease he is, Zade’s lips hover inches away, his nose bumping against mine and our breath mingling.

“I’ve been missing you.” Zade’s deep voice, paired with the sweet words sends a shiver down my spine. I arch up and press our lips together. “Do I want to know why you’re covered in paint?” Zade asks when I release him.

“Nash,” I say as way of explanation.

I take Zade’s hand and tug him toward the living room. We flop down on the couch and Zade starts to tell me about what he’s been up to lately with Operation: Cheer Thane Up.

When Nash steps out of the bathroom a few minutes later in nothing but a towel Zade trails off in the middle of his sentence and we both gape at Nash. My eyes follow a bead of water that starts on his left shoulder and rolls down his chest, over his newly pierced nipple, and then drips off the barbell onto the floor.

I hear Zade’s breath hitch beside me and I know he’s just as enthralled with the sight as I am.

Nash blushes when he notices our attention. And then, he gives us a shy smile before disappearing into his bedroom.

“Holy god your roommate is hot.”

“You don’t have to tell me,” I agree with a laugh. “Hey, I need to shower. I’m afraid this paint is going to be a permanent fixture in my hair soon.”

“Is that an invitation?” Zade asks with an arched eyebrow.

“Obviously.”

Zade jumps up off the couch with an excited smirk, tugging me along with him. Then, we race toward the bathroom.

Our clothes come off in a flurry of hands and lips.

“God, I need you,” Zade groans against my mouth.

“You’re such a pussy,” I tease, tugging his bottom lip between my teeth.

“Shut up, asshole,” Zade laughs, shoving me toward the shower.

I reach in and turn the water on before we both get in.

It turns out paint is not that easy to wash out of your hair. Zade ends up working the shampoo in and massaging it through several times before it starts to loosen and wash out.

“Remind me of this the next time a paint fight sounds like a good idea.”

“Will do,” Zade promises.

Once my hair is paint free Zade starts to trail hot kisses along my shoulder and the back of my neck. My cock, already half hard from simply being in close proximity to naked Zade, is at full attention within seconds.

“Mmmm, I think you did miss me, even if you won’t admit it,” Zade says, reaching around and stroking me achingly slow.

I roll my hips, seeking friction in his firm grasp. His other hand slips into my crack, and he shamelessly teases my hole.

“Sure, I missed you, whatever,” I placate, reaching back to wrap my arms around Zade’s neck.

“Such a romantic,” Zade quips before spinning me around and shoving me up against the shower wall.

He drops to his knees before me and continues to stroke and tease. I buck my hips and he takes pity on me, wrapping his lips around me and taking me deep. Is there anything hotter than a man with his mouth full of dick? Rhetorical question, the answer is obviously no.

Zade grabs my hips and pulls them forward and that’s all the encouragement I need to start fucking his mouth. Zade moans in approval, sucking and slurping until my eyes are rolling back in my head and I swear I’m about to meet god.

“I’m so close...fuck, so good.”

Zade’s fingers dig into my ass as he forces me ever deeper until I spill down his throat with a guttural moan.

I continue to thrust into his mouth until my orgasm fades and I’m too sensitive to bear another second of his touch.

After our shower Zade tells me to get dressed because there’s somewhere he wants to take me.

“A freaking carnival?” Royal gasps as we turn into the makeshift parking lot.

“Yes, a freaking carnival,” I confirm with a laugh.

“Can we get funnel cake and ride the tilt-a-whirl?”

“Yes, but not in that order,” I laugh.

“Sensitive stomach?” Royal mocks in a sage tone.

“No, I don’t want you to vomit.”

“I have a stomach of steel. I could eat ten funnel cakes then ride the tilt-a-whirl and be fine,” Royal brags.

“Let’s do it then, two funnel cakes each and then we ride the tilt-a-whirl until one of us pukes. Loser buys dinner,” I suggest.

“You’re on,” Royal agrees.

We make our way toward the carnival, hand in hand, and I’m struck again by how nice it is to just be with a guy I really like.

We walk around the carnival for a little while people watching and stopping to play a game or two before we go to a food stand to buy funnel cake.

Two funnel cakes, and three times on the tilt-a-whirl has Royal bent over a trash can emptying the contents of his stomach.

“That wasn’t because of the ride, I ate some bad seafood earlier,” Royal says defensively as I hand him a napkin and a water bottle.

“Suuuuure you did.”

“I did! I ate sushi I got from a gas station, and it was warm and mushy. I have extreme food poisoning.”

“I know that's a lie because Nash would never let you eat gas station sushi.”

“You're right,” Royal sighs in defeat. “He'd probably throw himself on it as if it were a bomb before he'd let me eat it.”

“So, what are you buying me for dinner?”

“How about barbecue, I could really go from some ribs,” Royal suggests, all talk of food poisoning suddenly forgotten.

“Sounds good to me. First I want to win you a teddy bear,” I say, pointing at some water balloon game.

“God you’re such a girl, how were you ever a Marine?” he teases, but I can see the little twinkle in his eye that lets me know he’s totally into me winning him a cheap stuffed animal.

“Shut up, you like it.” I throw my arm around him and pull him close. I’m about to kiss him when I remember the pukefest from not two minutes ago, and settle for giving him a peck on the nose instead.
