She pulled on her black silk robe and tied it around her waist. She was completely bare, no make-up, her hair was still wet and trailing down her back, and all she had on underneath the robe was her underwear. There was no time to get ready. Flash was on his way. She walked away from him and went around to the couch. She sat down and he followed her, sitting next to her.

He sat back a little, as if he was expecting her to give him the brush off.

For both of us, considering the circumstances.”

His eyes were fixed on hers, flicking from one to the other, urging her to continue.

She could tell he was being sincere, and it was the best feeling in the world.

“I want this,” he said as he looked deeply into her eyes. “I never in a million years was expecting this, but I am so ready for it.”
