Expelled (A Single Dad Standalone Romance) by Claire Adams (241)

Chapter Seven

Natalie

We arrived late to my parents’ house on Christmas Eve. Due to our adventure, we didn't make very good time at all. We made sure to get up early out of the roach motel, so that I wasn't exposed to it any longer than I had to be. I still couldn't believe we stayed there.

True to my word, I kept the lights on all night, in fear that I would find something crawling on me in the middle of the night. The room had been horrendous, and although I didn't see any creepy crawlers, I was sure they were waiting in the wings to attack me as soon as the lights went off. I knew Jet was hoping for a little vacation nookie, but there was no way in hell I was getting naked in the bed. He had attempted to assess the shower for possible sex options, but it had been so overgrown with mildew that we exited it as promptly as possible. It was a wonder the health inspector hadn't closed the place down.

Jet had spooned me the whole night, however, leaving me in a cocoon of safety as we slept. I loved feeling him so close. He made me feel incredibly safe with no real effort. We departed early that morning, and grabbed some breakfast at a local diner before getting back on the road again.

Now, walking into my parents’ place was like walking back in time. They owned a modest two-story home that needed some updating inside and out. It was very different, I was sure, from the way in which Jet was raised, as was evidenced by the house I went to for Thanksgiving dinner. Wow, what a night that was. I could at least be sure that this time Katie would not be at dinner.

“Natalie, it's so great to see you. How was the drive? Did you hit any traffic?” my mother gushed at us as she came down the hallway. My father was in tow, but he was a silent type.

“The trip was good, Mom. We ended up staying in a terrible room last night, though, but we had already been behind at that point anyway. By the smell of things, you already have dinner well underway.”

“Oh, of course. I was up early making stuffing and getting that turkey ready.”

I turned to Jet. “Mom, this is my boyfriend, Jet, the one I have been telling you about.”

Jet approached her and held his hand out to my mother to shake hers. She laughed gleefully, and instead pulled him into her arms for a hug. My dad chuckled behind her, and by the look on Jet's face, she had taken him completely off guard.

“You're family now, Jet. We don't shake hands around here.”

He laughed. “Fair enough.” He walked to my father and said, “Thanks for having me in your home, sir.”

My dad looked him over and nodded. “It's nice to meet you, son. I hear you're a fighter, I'm happy to know that you can protect my daughter.”

“Oh, she's doing pretty well at protecting herself. I have been teaching her some self-defense.”

“That's wonderful,” my mother exclaimed.

“Well, you kids can go get settled in if you would like, and then come down and have a drink with me,” my dad offered.

“Sure, Dad, I'm just going to hit the shower first, and wash that motel off of me.”

“No problem; take your time.”

I hugged them both and headed upstairs to my old bedroom. I opened up my bedroom door and walked in, with Jet behind me. He was carrying our suitcases in, and laughed as he entered my room. “Whoa, you sure liked boy bands, didn't you?”

My walls were pink, and splashed with posters of the bands I liked as a teenager. I had been a little obsessed, but what young girl isn't?

“You never mind. I don't know why they keep my room like this. I don't come home often, so it's just a waste of space.”

“I'm sure they just like the reminder of you.”

We started unpacking what we had into the dresser in my room, and I grabbed a change of clothes to take with me to the shower.

“If you want to have a shower, too, Jet, feel free.”

“Can I have one with you?”

I paused and considered his request wondering, what the chances were that my parents would check up on us. I decided it was likely that they would probably leave us alone until we settled in.

I smiled. “Okay, sure.”

He grabbed some clothing, and I got two towels out of the linen closet in the hallway, then we made our way to the bathroom. I turned on the tap so that hot water poured out, and then I switched it to the shower setting, and water cascaded from it. I closed the bathroom door and locked it, ensuring that at least we wouldn't be caught red-handed.

I undressed quickly, and Jet undressed slowly as he watched me. I felt warm under his gaze and I went to him, kissing him full on the mouth. I bit into his lower lip when he put his hands on my ass. I pulled away from him and stepped into the shower, letting the water cascade down my body and soak into my hair. It felt wonderful to clean off the dirty feeling of sleeping in that motel.

Jet joined me in the water, and we switched positions so that he could rinse his body off as well. I watched as the water streamed down his hard stomach, and I smiled when he turned to me. He had heat in his eyes and he surprised me when he bent down into the tub, getting on his hands and knees. He buried his tongue into my pussy and I gasped as I braced myself against the walls of the shower.

I shivered despite the heat of the shower when he sucked on my clit. My pussy was throbbing as he continued to taste my opening.

He got up from his knees and without saying a word, he turned me around so my ass was facing him. He pushed me into the shower wall, and I stuck my ass out toward him. He pushed his hard cock into me, and I moaned as he filled me up. I was panting as he pushed into me hard and fast. The waves of pleasure were completely taking me over, and I could barely contain myself as I came all over his cock. He kept pumping into me fast, and I moaned, feeling a delicious sensation warming my entire body. I felt another orgasm building up, and when I came again, he spilled into me, making me feel complete once again.

He leaned against my back and I could feel him breathing heavy against me. “Now that's the quickie I wanted last night.”

I giggled. “That felt so good, Jet. My body is just humming now.”

“Mmm, I like that.” He pulled himself out of me, and I felt empty the moment he did. I turned to him and kissed him on the mouth, my tongue finding its way in to meet his. We kissed like that for a while, passion building between us.

“We better get down there before my dad starts to wonder where we are.”

Jet laughed nervously. “Good call. As much as I would love to go round two, it's probably best not to push our luck.”

I stepped out of the shower and passed Jet a towel. I dried myself off quickly and proceeded to get dressed as Jet also stepped out of the shower. I took a brush through my hair, and realized we didn't do much cleaning in the shower at all. But at least I had a smile on my face.

Christmas dinner was marvelous. I had to say, thanks to my dad, I already had a good buzz going on by dinner. As soon as we came back downstairs, he opened up a bottle of whiskey, and we started celebrating the holidays. The mood in the house was a joyous one, and I was happy to see that Jet was having a great time talking to my parents. He seemed very at ease in their home, and I was glad. It was a far cry from the way his family had dinners, but I had to say I preferred it much better this way.

My mom had made a delicious spread of turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and various vegetables. Everything smelled and tasted amazing, and I hoped one day I would be able to cook as well as she did.

We spent the dinner catching up on old times, and I let them know how school had been going so far that year. I told them about the art exhibit, and how Jet had purchased a drawing from me for $300, but how I was sure he’d only done it to get close to me. Their eyebrows rose as they realized that he must have come from a different upbringing.

Jet talked a lot about his MMA dreams and his career so far, as my dad seemed pretty impressed by the whole thing. He often watched UFC, so meeting someone personally involved in fighting was something he thought was exceptional.

After dinner, we all retired into the living room to relax. Jet and I had fresh whiskeys, and we settled on the couch together snuggling close. In my family, we opened up gifts on Christmas Eve and spent the next day just relaxing.

My mom started passing out gifts, and everyone in the room started opening up gifts. To Jet's surprise, my mother handed him three gifts.

“Oh, you didn't have to buy me anything.”

“Of course we did. It's Christmas, and you are spending time with our family, and you're very special to Natalie.”

“Well, thank you.” He began unwrapping his presents, and they had gotten him a sweater, a new pair of boxing gloves, and some cologne. I could tell that he was speechless by their kindness, because he just stared at the gifts, shocked.

“Natalie told us you liked to box and that your gloves were developing an odor she didn't approve of, so we thought we would help you out.”

He looked over at me and I laughed. “Oh did she, now? Yeah, gloves can start smelling pretty bad. Again, thank you, this was really kind of you.”

I finished opening my gifts and I had received a couple of movies, some clothes, a new drawing art kit, and a couple of books. I helped my mother clean up all the wrapping paper, and they slipped in an old movie to relax for the evening. I took Jet's hand, and led him back upstairs to my bedroom.

“I wanted to give you your Christmas gift when we were alone.”

“Sounds great.”

I went into my suitcase, pulled out a package for him, and handed it to Jet. He opened it to find an envelope inside the wrapping. Confused, he opened up the envelope to find tickets to an upcoming UFC fight card in a city close to ours.

“I figured we could use it for our next road trip.”

“Oh my God. Natalie, this is awesome, sweetheart, thank you.” He kissed me on the lips, and I nuzzled into him. “Now my turn.”

He pulled out a larger box that I had eyeballed when he put it in the trunk of his car. I unwrapped the packaging and opened the box. In it was a pair of diamond earrings sitting on top of a red silk dress. It all looked very luxurious.

“I had my sister help me out. I figured you could wear it for New Year’s.”

“Wow, Jet, it's beautiful, and I think you outdid yourself. Diamond earrings?”

“You deserve it, believe me. Let's see them on.”

I took them out of the box, and slipped them into my ears. I felt like a queen wearing them, and I threw myself into his arms.

“You look beautiful, Natalie.”

“Thank you Jet. I love it all.”

We returned to the living room to settle in with my family and watch a movie for the evening.
