Silent Strength: M/m Age Play Romance by M.A. Innes (7)

Eric

The smack echoed through the space.

I jerked like it was happening to me. I could almost feel my ass heating up as the Dom…the daddy spanked his boy. They were acting out the perfect re-creation of the crazy things I’d had running through my head for years. I couldn’t think. It was like my brain was in complete overload.

I probably looked like an idiot with my shocked expression and mouth hanging open, but my face didn’t seem to want to behave. And honestly, I was too enthralled with what I was watching to care.

The boy was beautiful.

Laid out across his daddy’s lap, his pants were pushed down to his knees. With each smack of his daddy’s hand, his bottom got redder and his squirming got worse. When he arched his ass up, his clenched hole peeked out and you could see his cock rubbing against the Dom’s lap. There was no doubt he loved what was happening, even though I was positive it hurt.

I’d read spanking scenes in books and watched them on porn sites. I wasn’t so shy I’d avoided those, but this was so much…just so much more. There had always been that little worry in the back of my head that everything I’d seen was wrong. That people didn’t actually like it and what I wanted was ridiculous. But this was like live-action porn and there was no way he was hiding how much he loved it.

The Dom seemed just as turned on as the sub. The way he watched as his boy squirmed was almost predatory. His sexy, focused gaze seemed to narrow with each pleading noise and squirm. Part of me was desperate to know what it felt like, but it wasn’t the unknown Dom I was picturing. No, the daddy in my fantasy was slowly starting to look a lot like Marcus.

I still wasn’t sure how I felt about that.

His body was like a warm blanket wrapped around me. He made it safe to watch the scene in front of me when I wouldn’t have had the courage to do it on my own. If I’d have seen something like this last week, I probably would have immediately gone in the other direction just so no one would know how much I liked it.

But I wasn’t the only one who was drawn to it.

The crowd of people around us were obviously very into the scene. Even though I was focused on the slow, teasing spanking, I could still see the other people in my peripheral vision. And the way they touched their partners made it clear everyone was getting turned on.

But Marcus was the only person who mattered to me.

Sure, watching people get aroused was sexy, but feeling the press of his cock against the top of my ass felt…incredible…maybe. It wasn’t like he was rubbing up against me or something, but it was a natural reaction he wasn’t trying to hide. Was it the people in front of us that were making him react like that, or was there something more?

Did he like holding me?

Was he picturing us on the bed like I was?

Not that the audience part appealed to me. No, just the idea of people watching made my stomach start to rebel. But being with Marcus like that had my naughty devil doing a lap dance on one shoulder and my grump one was suspiciously quiet. Waiting to say “I told you so” or reserving judgment until he had more information? I couldn’t tell.

As the Dom’s hand began to slow even more, he started teasing the boy’s bottom between each smack. Kneading it roughly, he grinned as the boy squirmed and begged. Some were real words, but it was mostly little noises and sounds that didn’t make any sense. They just let his daddy know what he wanted.

Was he really going to orgasm in front of everyone?

Yes.

The daddy brought his hand down one last time, growling out a stern command. “Come.”

The boy exploded. It was like watching fireworks go off. He thrust his cock against his Dom’s lap and screamed out his pleasure. Shaking so hard, he would have fallen off the other man’s lap if it weren’t for his tight grip. When the orgasm finally faded, the boy sagged down on the bed and it reminded me of the darkness after the fireworks finally faded.

Rubbing his hand softly over the boy’s bottom, the Dom’s expression was loving and needy. Everything else had been sexy and arousing, but this was intimate, like we were watching something private. It left me feeling shaky, and I could feel prickles at the back of my eyes. I wasn’t sure why it was hitting me so hard when things were finally over.

Shouldn’t watching the spanking have been the hardest part?

Pushing the worrisome thoughts away, I watched as the daddy carefully pulled the boy’s pants up. He squirmed and made a hissing sound as the fabric rubbed against his bottom, but the Dom just smiled. Helping the boy to sit up, the daddy moved them both so they were sitting against the headboard, his boy cuddled in his lap.

The audience must have understood that the scene was over because they started to move away, murmuring softly about what had happened. Marcus leaned down and whispered, “Would you like to see more, or would you prefer to go back out to the lounge and sit down for a while?”

More?

Just the idea was overwhelming.

I was still completely shocked from the scene, but would going back to the relative safety of the bar area be okay with Marcus? He’d said when we’d started that he was fine with whatever I wanted, but how much of that was true and how much was to be nice? The tall, sexy man didn’t seem to have a mean bone in his body, but that didn’t mean it was really up to me.

“Um…” I paused, trying to figure out how to say it, but Marcus beat me to it.

“I think we’re done for now. Let’s go back out and we’ll sit down.” His arms tightened around me again and the hug seemed to sink into my skin. “I’m going to get you a drink of water.”

I missed the feel of his body right away as he stepped back. It was like I’d lost something precious. A total overreaction, but in my defense, my brain was still bouncing around in my head. When he took my hand again in his and started leading us back the way we’d come, it felt a little better. But nothing compared to being held.

My mind flashed to the Dom holding his boy curled in his lap. Sated and worn out, the boy looked like his mind wasn’t there at all. Had he really gone into subspace from just the spanking? Would I do the same thing or would it just hurt?

Would it seem weird to Marcus if I asked him to hold me?

Probably not.

Could I actually do it?

Probably not.

It wasn’t like I was worried about the PDA or anything ridiculous like that. Even in the bar area where it was kept pretty tame, there were still people kneeling on the floor half-dressed or even less, and more who were curled up on their Dom’s lap wearing a variety of outfits. Me sitting with Marcus while we were both fully dressed and not groping each other would seem really tame by comparison.

The words weren’t going to come out.

I wasn’t even sure why I wanted to be held. We hadn’t been watching a scary movie in the dark, and nothing had gone wrong. But there was this weight sitting on my chest and I’d felt so much better when he had been standing behind me and had me wrapped in his arms.

He was a Daddy Dom. He’d been very up front with that. It wasn’t like I would shock him. If even a fraction of what I’d read was true, Marcus wouldn’t mind. Taking care of subs was something that he’d probably like. But still…

Thankfully, it didn’t seem to be up to me to ask.

As we walked back into the lounge, Marcus kept my hand and took us right up to the bar. Ordering two bottles of water, he thanked the bartender and led us over to the corner. The couch he brought us to was more like a loveseat than the bigger ones we’d sat on before. He put the bottles on the table and sat down, pulling me into his lap.

I probably should have moved over or at the very least put up some kind of a fuss, but I couldn’t make myself do it. I needed to be held too badly. Sagging down against his chest, I rested my head on his shoulder and closed my eyes. I just wanted to soak up the feeling for a moment. Regular guys didn’t hold you like this on dates. They didn’t pull you down and wrap their arms around you. They didn’t decide you needed water and go get you one.

That was the kind of acceptable, polite behavior most people wanted, but never me. This was perfect. No decisions. I didn’t have to ask for anything. Marcus knew what I needed and did it. I’d been dreaming about someone like him for years.

It made me want to pinch myself to make sure he was real.

“Much better. Watching Marshall and Robert was a little overwhelming.” His voice was calm and soothing and with my eyes closed, it was easy to picture the words wrapping around me like a blanket. I loved listening to him.

“Do you know them?” I didn’t mean to ask, but the words popped out anyway.

Marcus’s arms tightened. “Yes. I’ve seen them at the club a lot and they’ve had me over for dinner several times.”

“Are they like that all the time?”

“Are they in their roles continually?” I nodded, and he continued, “No, Robert is Robbie on the weekends and that’s when they immerse themselves in their personas. During the week, they’re like most traditional couples.”

“So Monday through Friday everything’s normal and then on the weekend it changes?”

Marcus chuckled. “Well, I wouldn’t call it normal, but yes, that’s basically what they do.”

I shrugged a little, trying not to feel too bad about the “normal” comment. “And you’ve had dinner with them?” I knew what I wanted to ask, but I hadn’t worked my courage up enough.

Marcus didn’t make me wait. He seemed to know what I was fishing for. “I’ve eaten over at their house on the weekends and during the week. Robert stays Robbie on the weekend no matter who they invite over. They discuss it outside of their role-playing time so there are no surprises, but when I had dinner with them he stayed in his role.”

He paused, probably to let my brain work through it, then kept going. “He drinks out of a sippy cup and Marshall cuts his food for him. He eats at the table, but has a bib and there are rules he has to follow. After dinner, he’ll play with toys on the floor while Marshall and I talk. It’s not as odd as you’re imagining, I promise. It feels very relaxed when it’s happening.”

“I just…I just can’t picture it…”

“Can’t picture doing it or can’t picture feeling like it’s ordinary?”

That question hit a little too close to home. He’d probably guessed what I liked by now. If watching the scene didn’t give him a clue, my reaction afterward had to have made it clear. But I hadn’t told anyone since…

He must have sensed something was off because he picked up my water and brought it up to my lips. “Drink.”

Maybe he thought I was thirsty or maybe he was just using it as a way to let me know I didn’t have to answer the question, but either way, I was grateful. It wasn’t something I was ready to tackle, not yet, at least.

Reaching out, I took the bottle of water and had several long drinks. For just a moment I thought about opening my mouth and letting him give me the water. I’d never be able to do it, but the fantasy was…sweet, sexy maybe. It was hard to decide. The feelings were all mixed up together.

Handing the bottle back to Marcus, I mumbled a quick, “Thank you.”

When I’d called and spoken with Ben about the membership, he’d been very clear about respecting my privacy, but he’d also volunteered his opinion on Marcus, making sure I knew I could trust the man. It made me feel better. But the idea that I might actually talk about it with someone again made it feel like I had worms in my stomach.

Mentally grasping for something to say that felt a little safer, I finally went with something stupid. “How often do you visit the club? Ben said the other day that he thought you’d be here tonight, but he didn’t say any more than that.”

“He’s good about respecting privacy, but I think you’ll find that he’s a bit of a matchmaker at heart. I got a call earlier in the week asking if I was coming this weekend. Mind you, he didn’t say anything specific or tell me any details. It was just a random call to ask a seemingly innocent question.”

I wasn’t sure how I felt about that, but I hadn’t stopped Ben when he’d been volunteering information about Marcus, so I probably couldn’t complain. “How did he know you’d be interested in being here?”

“I made no effort to hide how captivating I found you last week. Although I tried to behave myself and not make you uncomfortable.”

Everything he’d done before was designed to make me comfortable, that had been easy to see. “You were very nice. And even though it was all really strange, you made it seem less nuts.”

Laughing, Marcus gave me a quick hug, then relaxed his hold on me. “Glad I could help.”

Pushing back the grumpy voice that was trying to question if Marcus would really like me if he knew what I wanted, I had to remind myself that it was a stupid fear. Hello, Daddy Dom—age play. He wasn’t going to run if he found out I was into it too. The fact that I knew what he wanted and I hadn’t run in the opposite direction was enough of a hint.

Still, the voice was hard to silence.

“I like being with you and I’d like to learn more about you.” He paused, and I was starting to guess where the conversation was going. “Instead of meeting you here again, how would you feel about going out to dinner with me?”

“Like a real date?” Stupid question, but I wanted to be sure.

“Yes. Dinner, talking, and getting to know each other kind of date.”

I didn’t let myself debate it or question anything. “Yes. It sounds like fun.”

It seemed a little like I was jumping into things feet-first. But since it was going to be a regular date, and I hadn’t even talked about what I was looking for, it was probably just putting a toe in the water. But it was as if I was putting a toe in a river filled with piranhas and alligators.

I just needed to remind myself that Marcus hadn’t done anything to make me question him. He honestly seemed to be a good guy. But was he worth taking a chance on and opening myself up again like that?
