After turning off the alarm, I rolled over and placed my arm across Cameron’s rock hard abs. Letting out a light moan, I snuggled against him.

“Is it time to get up already?” he groaned.

“No. I’ve decided that we’re going to stay in bed all day long and have Rosa serve us.”

“As good as that sounds, babe, I’m starting Delia’s job today and Kirsty will be busting down the door any minute wondering where the hell you are.”

Lifting my head, I planted a kiss on his chest.

“How do you feel about working for Delia today?” I asked.

“I feel great. Things are going to go smooth and she’s going to be very happy.” He grinned.

“That woman has never been happy a day in her life.” I sighed as I sat up. “And good luck to you because in case you haven’t noticed by now, she’s a control freak.”

A smile crossed his lips as he sat up and kissed the top of my head before climbing out of bed.

“Sounds like someone else I know.” He ran into the bathroom and shut the door before the pillow I threw hit him.

A smile crossed my lips. He was right. I was a control freak, but I couldn’t help it. Between my father’s and my mother’s genes, I didn’t stand a chance. As I was walking down the stairs to the kitchen, the front door opened and Kirsty and James walked in.

“I have a package for you.” She grinned.

“Is there a reason why the two of you feel the need to come over so early in the morning?”

“Someone needs to make sure your ass is out of bed and on time for the office,” Kirsty spoke.

“I suppose.” I rolled my eyes. “Anyway, follow me and tell me what’s in the box.”

Kirsty and James followed me into the kitchen and Rosa was kind enough to pour us each a cup of coffee.

“What would you like for breakfast, Mr. James?” she asked.

“Really?” he asked with excitement. “I get to pick today?” A grin crossed his face.

“Yes. But hurry up and decide before I change my mind.”

I snickered and took my coffee to the table, where I sat down and opened the box Kirsty handed me.

“It’s sportswear from Fit Fanatic. You have a meeting with them today at three o’clock. So you need to try that stuff on and get a feel for their product,” Kirsty spoke.

I glanced over at her with a smile. “Yes, friend, I know.”

Cam entered the kitchen and kissed Rosa on the cheek.

“Good morning, Rosa.” He grinned. “Morning, James. Kirsty.”

“Why are you smiling, Builder Boy?” Rosa asked as she poured him a cup of coffee. “Aren’t you starting Delia’s house today?”

“I am, and it’s going to be a great day,” he replied.

Rosa looked over at me and raised her brow. I shrugged my shoulders and told Kirsty to follow me upstairs. Instead of getting dressed, I tried on the first pair of workout pants from the box.

“Really?” I asked Kirsty as I looked down at them.

She stood there biting her bottom lip.

“Why are they so paper thin? You can totally see your lady parts,” she spoke. “Not to mention your ass crack.” She laughed as she walked around me.

Sighing, I took them off and slipped into another pair. They were a different style from the previous ones I tried on.

“Oh my God, one leg is longer than the other.” She laughed as she walked over to me and tried to pull the pant leg down to match the other leg.

“Stop that! Obviously, these are cheaply made. Are there any reviews on their website?” I asked.

“Let me check.”

Kirsty pulled out her phone. “There are tons of reviews and everyone is saying how much they love those very leggings you have on.”

“Those reviews were bought. They had to have been. The material is thin, plus they’re made incorrectly.”

“Try on the sports bras they sent,” Kirsty spoke.

I pulled the two they sent out of the box and struggled to put them on. One of the straps in the back broke and the stitching was coming apart on the other one. I stood there shaking my head as I boxed up the clothing and handed it to Kirsty.

“Line up some models. I want them in the meeting with us today.”

“I’m on it. Hurry up and get dressed. I’ll be downstairs eating breakfast.” She smiled. “Shall I have Rosa make you a plate?”

“No. My stomach is in knots over this Delia remodel.”

“Sierra, don’t let it get to you. Cam will be just fine. He can handle her.”

“It’s not Cam I’m worried about. It’s me who will be getting the brunt of Delia’s frustrations when Cam tries to tell her something won’t work.”

Kirsty laughed as she walked out of the room and I hurried and got dressed. As I walked down the stairs, Cam greeted me with a kiss.

“I’m off to Delia’s now. I’ll call you later.” He smiled.

Placing my hand on his chest, I spoke, “Good luck, baby. I hope you make it out alive.”

“You’re too cute.” He kissed the tip of my nose. “I’ll tell Delia you said hi.”

“Don’t you dare.” I pointed at him.

He gave me a wink as he walked out the door.
