Rockstar Baby: An Mpreg Romance (Bodyguards and Babies Book 2) by S.C. Wynne (21)

Chapter Twenty-One

Riley

As three weeks flew by, I was impressed with how well Colin handled being pregnant, while still doing his job to perfection. His morning sickness seemed to fade away slowly. He kept his attitude upbeat, and if he was tired, he hid it in public. Tom didn’t seem to notice anything different. I had little doubt if he had noticed Colin slacking, he’d have said something.

We were back at our hotel, after the final show in Columbus, Ohio. Colin was on my bed with his head in my lap. I ran my fingers through his silky hair, studying his straight nose and arched cheekbones. I slipped my fingers down to his shoulders and then over his chest.

“Mmm,” he sighed, looking up at me. “Your hands feel nice.”

My stomach tumbled with excitement when he admitted little things like that to me. “I like touching you.” When my hand reached his stomach, I rubbed my palm over the buttons of his shirt. “It’s weird to have no outward signs of the baby until the last month.”

“Handy for hiding the pregnancy though.”

“True.”

“Thank you for being so sweet to me every night,” he said quietly.

I frowned. “I don’t do much.”

“You always rub my head.” His cheek curved in a smile. “I guess I’m not used to anyone taking care of me at all.”

“Well, get used to it, baby.” I laughed.

He was quiet for a moment, and then he said, “Do you think Tom knows about us?”

I raised my brows. “No. Why?”

“He’s been nicer to me lately.” He bit his lip. “I think he even smiled at me yesterday. He might have just been baring his teeth.”

“Maybe he’s finally appreciating how good you are at your job.”

“Maybe.” He didn’t sound convinced.

“Don’t you think if Tom knew, he’d be lecturing me every night about the evil bodyguard who wants to corrupt me?”

Colin chuckled. “Probably.”

I cleared my throat. “I’ve been thinking, we have about three more weeks left on the tour.”

“Yep.”

“And nine more weeks of your pregnancy.”

He stilled. “God. That’s true.” He grimaced. “It’s going so fast.”

“When the tour ends, I’m going to tell Tom I don’t want to travel for the next three months. I’ll tell him I need a break.

“Tom won’t like that.”

“Too bad. I really do need a break. Tours are grueling, as you well know. I’ll still do performances and shit, but I don’t want to be away for more than a night here and there. I mean, hell, I’ve been mostly on the road for the last two years. I need some downtime.”

“You could wait and just take the final month of my pregnancy off.” He spoke quietly, avoiding my gaze. “That way you would keep Tom happy and not disappoint your fans.”

“Why would I do that?”

“Nothing is really going to happen until the last month.”

I stopped moving my hand and leaned closer to his face. “I want to be there for you all the way through.”

“Sure. But we could just do what we do now. I work with you, and you do your thing.”

I frowned. “I want to really be with you. No more sneaking around. I thought you wanted that too.”

“I do. But—”

“But what?” I scowled. “Before I even knew you were pregnant, that was my plan. Have you forgotten that I want to be with you, baby or no baby?”

“I suppose I’m just trying to be sure that’s still what you want.”

“Nothing about my feelings have changed.”

“Okay.”

“Do you believe me?”

He shrugged. “I guess I believe you.”

I stamped down my frustration. “You will eventually.” I reassured myself that he’d be unable to ignore how much I cared about him when I was in his life all the time taking care of him and loving him.

“I guess I worry more about once the baby is here.” His voice was hesitant. “You can’t stay home. The nature of your job is travel.”

“There are celebrities that travel with their families.”

“It can’t be easy.”

I scowled. “You know what else isn’t easy? Being away from you and our future child.” I sighed. “We can make this work.”

“You always say that, but the truth is it’ll take a lot of planning to be together on a regular basis.” He frowned. “I still have to work too.”

“Of course. I assumed you’d still work for me.” I sighed. “I know you’re scared that you’re going to lose your independence. You don’t have to worry about that with me, Colin. I swear. I don’t want you stuck at home with a baby. I know that would make you miserable.”

He grimaced. “I should want that. I’m an omega.”

I smiled down at him affectionately. “You’re not the usual omega.”

He flicked his worried gaze to mine. “Do you really think we can do this?”

“Absolutely.”

“How are you so sure?”

“I know what I want. Did I plan any of this? No. But I’m excited. I’m fully aware there will be lots of adjusting needed. For both of us. We’re both used to being single. But I’m looking forward to having something more in my life besides just hopping on a tour bus or a plane by myself.”

A little smile hovered on his mouth. “I have to admit, when you sound so sure of all of this, it makes my stomach flutter.”

“Yeah?” I smirked. “You get little butterflies when your alpha takes charge?”

He licked his lips. “I always get butterflies around you.”

“Really?” I asked softly.

“Yeah.”

“I’m glad to hear it. I feel like I always have to make the first move with you.”

“Awww. Come here, big boy.” He smiled slyly and pulled my head down for a heated kiss, our tongues sliding together. He groaned and pressed my hand that still lay on his stomach lower, covering his obvious erection.

I liked this assertive side of him, and I squeezed his cock through his pants. He rolled his hips and sighed into my mouth.

When the kiss ended, I licked my lips. “Now I’m all turned on.”

“Good. I’m horny as hell lately.”

I laughed, smoothing my other hand over his flat stomach. “I find it sexy that you’re pregnant. Did you know that?” My cock was painfully constricted in my jeans.

“You do?” He sounded breathless.

“Oh, yeah.” I fingered the outline of his cock.

A little whimper escaped his lips. “You want to fuck your pregnant omega?”

“I do.”

“Thank God.” He unbuckled his belt and stripped off his pants, kicking them halfway across the room. “Just so you know, I’m not gonna last. I have no self-control these days.”

“A quick fuck sounds perfect,” I whispered, undressing as fast as possible. He still had his shirt and tie on, but I was now naked, with my cock stiff and pointing to the ceiling.

His hands seemed to shake as he grabbed the lube and stroked my cock. I moaned and rolled my hips, wanting to be inside him desperately. Once I was nice and slick, he moved to hover over my cock. His dick was straight and ruddy as he lowered himself onto my erection.

“Oh, fuck,” he hissed, throwing his head back as his ass hit the tops of my thighs.

I wanted to thrust so bad, my legs trembled as I held on to my control. He slowly bobbed up and down on me, his thigh muscles bulging as he rode my cock. His mouth was open and his eyes light blue as he fucked himself on me.

“Colin,” I moaned, the tight squeeze of his ass making me want to come immediately. My hands dug into his hips, and I began to move too. The pressure on my cock was so delicious, I felt light-headed with the desire to bury myself deeper and deeper.

His breaths came in quick puffs as I began to thrust up and he slammed down. “Oh, yeah,” he panted. “Fuck me. Fuck me, hard.”

His cock poked out from under the flap of his white shirt, bouncing up and down, slapping my abs and bobbing back up again. I held him down as I pounded upward at a bruising pace. His face was flushed, and he looked so damn sexy hovering on the verge of his orgasm in his shirt and tie.

My orgasm caught me by surprise, my balls swelled as my cock jerked deep inside his ass. “Oh, fuck.” I arched my back and thrust as deep and as fast as I could.

“Riley,” he groaned and stroked himself as his ass clenched on my cock, and he shot creamy release over my stomach and chest. He jerked and moaned, riding me as if he couldn’t get enough. Finally, he slumped, breathing hard. “That was nice.”

“So hot,” I whispered, my climax still buzzing through my balls. I felt warm and satiated as he slipped off of me.

He fell beside me, like a rag doll. “I needed that.”

“Me too.” I grabbed tissues from the nightstand, and we wiped off.

We were silent for a while, and then he said softly, “I would kill for a steak and a pint of chocolate chip ice cream.”

I laughed. “Seriously? We had dinner two hours ago.” I checked the clock beside the bed. “Also, it’s two in the morning.”

“I know.” He sighed and rubbed his stomach. “I’m hungry again.”

I sat up with a grin. “Well, I am Riley West. I have a feeling I can make this happen for you.”

He bit his lower lip and moved to slip on his underwear. “Nah. That’s okay. I don’t want to be a bother.”

I grabbed the menu off the bedside table. “Too late.” I picked up the phone to call the front desk. “Hi, this is Riley West in the platinum suite.”

Colin waved his hands and whispered. “No, it’s okay, really. Don’t bother them.”

I smiled and ignored him.

A pleasant voice responded, “Oh, yes. Hello, Mr. West. What can we do for you?”

“I know it’s late… but… I was wondering if there’s any way I can still order from the room service menu?”

Colin covered his face as if embarrassed.

There was a slight hesitation on the other end of the line. “That’s not a problem at all, Mr. West.”

I held up my thumb to Colin, who cringed. I studied the menu. “Is it possible to order the filet mignon, medium rare.”

“Baked potato or fries?” the girl asked.

I covered the mouthpiece. “Baked or fries?”

Colin just grimaced.

I laughed and spoke into the phone. “Baked potato with the works. And do you have chocolate chip ice cream?”

“We sure do.”

“Can we get two of those?”

“You’ve got it, Mr. West.”

“Thank you so much. I know it’s late.”

“It’s our pleasure, Mr. West. We’re so happy to have you staying with us.”

“Thank you.” I hung up and turned to Colin, who was still covering his face.

I laughed. “They like doing stuff for celebrities.”

He dropped his hands, his face red. “No. They just fake that because it’s their job and you’re Riley West. They’re probably saying rude things about you right now.”

“Well, either way you’re going to get your food. And I’ll give them a big-ass cash tip, so the person bringing the food will love us.” I grinned.

“You didn’t have to do that,” he said quietly.

“I like taking care of you.” I reclined on the bed. “It makes me happy to please you.”

He sat next to me, his eyes warm. “You’re so good to me.”

“It’s like I told you a while ago, the alpha and the omega should look out for each other.” I touched his flat belly. “We belong to each other, Colin.”

His lips parted and I could see his internal struggle. “What if I fuck it up?”

“How?” I frowned. “I don’t want to change you. I just want to love you. That’s what I mean by belonging.”

His eyes softened. “What if I don’t know how to belong to someone?”

I smiled and touched his cheek. “You already do.”
