Erika
It’s been three hours since the guys left to go to the maze, I have been keeping myself busy between finding Rain and taking care of the bar. By keeping myself busy my mind is not wondering to places it shouldn’t be wondering to. The bar is pretty quiet at the moment, I walk over to my laptop I have the list of places he’s been to in the last two months. Rain has been all over the damn place in these last two months and he doesn’t stay long, that makes it even harder to track him down.
Yesterday he was in New Jersey now he’s not. Rain is always on the move and I just want him to stop moving even if it’s for a few days, I will not give up I will bring Rain home to Storm if it’s the last thing I do. They deserve to be happy and together again, they haven’t seen each other in fifteen years that’s way too long not seeing your brother and I know it kills him that he can’t see him. Feeling my phone vibrate I take it out of my pocket to see who it’s from.
Kenzi- Hey boo how is everything going?
Erika- Things are okay. I’m working at the bar.It’s pretty quiet at the moment. How are you?
Kenzi- I’m doing okay bored without you. I saw the guys leave earlier should I be worried about anything?
Rereading that message my mind starts drifting to a place I don’t want to go. I shake my head and reply to Kenzi.
Erika- You can always come by the bar, I’m always there and no there’s nothing for you to worry about the boys got everything under control. No need to worry.
Kenzi- You will tell me if something bad was about to happen right? I know you can’t tell me a whole lot of things but if we are in any type of danger you will tell me right?
Erika- Of course I would, they have it handle. We are not in danger I promise. Everything is all good.
Everything will be just fine I tell myself, the boys will come back when they are done dealing with the Devils.
Kenzi- That’s good to hear, I have to get back to work talk to you later girly.
Erika- Talk to you later boo.
I put my phone away right when a customer walks in.
“What can I get you sir?” I asked the man that just walked in.
“Scotch on the rocks.” Once I gave the man his drink more customers walk and I just kept on moving. It’s closing time and I’m exhausted I didn’t take any breaks. I get in my car and drive to the compound. When I got there a few club members are inside cleaning their wounds.
“Are any of your wounds bad?” I ask.
“Not really.” They said in unison.
“I need two of you to get as much antibiotics as you can, we don’t need any of you guys get any infections.” They nod their heads and two of the guys that are not that badly injured went to get the antibiotics. I have a bad feeling that we are going to need a lot of antibiotics. I grabbed my first aid kit and start disinfecting everything I’m going to need to. Twenty minutes later the two guys come back with two bags filled with antibiotics, I asked for a lot and they grabbed a lot and I don’t want to know how they did it. I took a bottle out and gave the guys two pills each to take, I put the bags in Devin’s room and put two bottles in my first aid kit. Sitting on the couch waiting for someone to walk through that door, I really don’t care who walks in first I just need them to start walking in already. I hear the door open and I saw Storm falls right when he steps in the compound. Oh fuck. I rush to Storm and help him off the floor.
“Storm can you hear me?” I asked nervously.
“Yeah sis I can hear you.”Thank the lord.
“Okay good we are going to walk to your room, don’t rush.” When I got him to the room I sat him on his bed than took off his shirt, shit those cuts are very deep.
“It’s been awhile since a beautiful woman took off my shirt.” Storm says with a smile.
“I can help with that.” I help him lay down.
“You want to set me up with one of your friends?”
“There’s one I have in mind, you will like her.” He laughed then winced.
“Don’t laugh dumbass.” I start cleaning his wounds.
“This is going to hurt.” I tell him, he nods his head. I start stitching up Storm’s wounds, His hands went into a fist and I hate seeing him in pain.
“So you have a girl in mind for me?” I smile, he is trying to distract us both.
“Yes, she’s not in town right now but when she comes back I’ll introduce you both to each other.”
“Do you think she will have a problem with me being in the Scorpions?” I smile, he looks nervous and it’s cute.
“No she won’t have a problem with it trust me.”
“I do, I always have.” Working on his last stab wound I grab a bottle of antibiotics and give him two pills.
“Take this than get some rest. Do not get out of this bed.” I demand.
“You got it.”
“Erika!” I hear Pauly yell for me, I rush out of Storm’s room to see Marco bleeding very badly.
“Bring him to that room.” I pointed to Marco’s room. I went back to Storm’s room and get my first aid hit. I walked into Marco’s room and his shirt is already off and Pauly is putting pressure on the wound that’s bleeding the most.
“Pauly is he responsive?” I ask.
“Yes he is and making jokes.” Sounds about right.
“Marco this is going to hurt a lot, I need you to go to a happy place and whatever you do don’t pass out on me, not until I’m finished stitching you up.”
“You got it beautiful, I have my guardian angel with me.” I saw Marco look at Pauly and I couldn’t help the smile that appeared on my face.
“Pauly, I need you to put pressure on his other wound and I can deal with this bad one.” I start to clean Marco, looking at his face I can see he’s in pain. I start to stitch him up and the pain is all over his face and all I want is to make the pain stop.
“Fuck.” Marco says.
“Sorry love bug.” Pauly grabs Marco hand and it’s cute I can see my two favorite boys together they both deserve to be happy, if that means them together I will do everything in my power to help that happen. Finishing stitching up the first wound I grab the bottle of antibiotics and gave Marco two pills.
“Is that for pain please say yes.”
“Sorry love bug but no, it’s to make sure you don’t get any infections. Don’t worry I’ll get you something for the pain.” He nods his head. When I finish the second cut I looked at Pauly he has some cuts that need to be stitched up.
“Pauly you’re next, sit on this chair.”
“I’m fine my wounds are not that bad.” Pauly says.
“Get in that damn chair Pauly.” I growl.
“Don’t argue with her Paul.” Marco says. Pauly sighs as he sits on the chair. It took me five minutes to get all Pauly’s wounds stitched up.
“Marco do not get up off that bed. Pauly make sure he doesn’t get off that bed pin him down to the bed if you have to. He doesn’t get off of it, got it.”
“Yes make sure he doesn’t get up, got it.” I nod my head then walk into Storm’s room, when I got in he is still sleeping. I walked to the couch where my laptop is, I sit down and looked at the screen Rain is in Miami at the moment. There’s a pattern for the last two months whatever he’s doing he always goes back to Miami, he’s going to be there for a few days but I can’t leave right now the guys need me. It’s been two hours and nobody else has come back yet, I hear the door open and look up Felix and Dalson walks in they don’t look that bad.
“Is everyone back yet?” Felix asked. I shake my head.
“Who is missing?” Dalson asks.
“Devin.” I said, he will come back to me he promised and he doesn’t go back his promises. I walked into Storm’s room and saw that he was trying to get up, I had a feeling he was.
“What did I tell you don’t get off that damn bed, now lay back down.” He groans as he lays back down on his bed.
“Can you get me something to drink?”
“Yes I can.” I went to the refrigerator and grab a bottle of water. I walk back in his room and give him the bottle of water.
“I mean it stay in bed, you will mess up your stitches if you don’t.”
“Fine I’ll stay in bed.” He groans. I walk into Marco’s room to check on my other boys.
“How is he?” I asked.
“He sleeping right now, but he’s doing fine.”
“That’s good, Dalson is here.” I tell him.
“Okay I’ll talk to him later, I don’t want to leave Marco yet.” I nod my head and smile as I walked out the room.
“Is Paul here?” Dalson asked.
“Yeah he’s fine, with Marco right now. He will talk to you later.”
“That’s fine I’m in no rush right now. To let you know Frank is gone.” I wrap my arms around him and he hugged me back.
“Kyle is as well.” Felix says. Knowing they are gone I feel relief, I don’t have to worry no more.
“What about Trent?” I asked.
“He’s dead too.” I turn around to see Pauly sticking his head out of the room. I nod my head
“I’m guessing you took that honor.”
“Yes I did.” All I have to say about that is karma is a bitch. I check up on Storm one more time than lay down on the couch staring at the door waiting for Devin to walk in at any moment. Felix sits next to me on the couch.
“He will show up soon don’t worry.” Felix says.
“Do I look worried?” I asked.
“Yes sweetheart you do.” Who am I kidding I’m terrified, I need him to come home already.
“He will be here any minute now, he doesn’t break his promises.” I tell Felix with a small smile.
“Exactly try to get some rest.” I nod my head but sleeping will be hard to do.
