Gray's Playroom (The Everett Bros Book 3): An M/M BDSM Romance Novel by CANDICE BLAKE (18)

River

I was scared and confused. Gray had come into my apartment uninvited and had pulled my pants down. But seeing him so angry turned me on a bit. I wanted him to let his aggression out on me.

“Have you been watching me?” I asked.

I didn’t know why he was here and how long he’d been downstairs for.

Gray shook his head. “I wasn’t watching you...I came here to tell you something and saw that man groping you downstairs.”

“Groping me?” I said, pulling my pants back up. Blood rushed to my cheeks. “It was a hug. He didn’t grope me.”

“That was a pretty intimate hug, considering how low his hand was on your back.”

I didn’t think Gray would be a jealous person. “Didn’t you say you have things to do today? What the hell are you doing here?”

I was glad Josh wasn’t home.

“I came here to tell you something,” Gray said.

I was a bit angry at the fact that he’d told me not to show up uninvited at his house when he just did the same thing to me.

“Tell me what?” I said.

Gray relaxed his shoulders. “I came to see if you wanted to come to Blue and Hunter’s bachelor party in Niagara Falls. I’m planning it, and I wanted to invite you.”

“That’s what you came here to tell me?” I said. “Couldn’t you have just called or messaged me?”

Gray nodded. He looked sorry about what he’d done. “I wanted to surprise you and see your reaction.”

I sighed and kicked off my shoes. My apartment was a mess, and I hadn’t been expecting visitors, let alone Gray, who was seeing my place for the first time. I was embarrassed at how messy it was, and I didn’t know where Josh was. He could be home any time. I picked up some clothes off the couch and sat down. My ass still hurt from yesterday. Gray took a seat next to me.

“So, do you want to go?” Gray asked.

“Who’s going to be there?” I asked.

“Just my brothers and their significant others,” Gray said. “I’ll pay you to come with me.”

I was surprised he’d invite me to something as intimate as a weekend away with his family and close friends. But then again, I realized that Gray was pretty unpredictable and hard to figure out.

I shook my head. “You don’t have to pay me. I’ll go with you.”

Gray moved around in his seat.

“I want to pay you,” he said. “I’ll give you ten grand for the weekend.”

I hated how everything we did had to have money involved. It was crazy how someone had that much money to blow.

“I don’t want it,” I said.

Gray didn’t like my answer. “You swear that the man downstairs wasn’t a client of yours, right?”

“Yes,” I said loudly. “He’s my booking manager, and I just told him I didn’t want any more clients. You asked me to do that, remember?”

Gray nodded. “Okay, I’m just making sure. I can’t stand the thought of someone else spanking you or doing anything to you.”

I looked down at his hands and saw him clenching his fists like he wanted to punch someone.

“I know,” I said. “You don’t have to question me. When I say I’ll do something, I don’t go back on my word.”

Gray took a deep breath. “All right.”

I wanted him to apologize, but I knew he wasn’t going to. What he did just now was unacceptable to me. But I worried that if I told him how I felt, it’d push him further away. It was like he was starting to need me as much as I needed him.

“Do you need a spanking?” Gray asked.

My roommate and I had a rule not to bring any clients home. But Gray’s deep and commanding voice was hard to resist. The thought of getting spanked made my cock hard. After what just happened, he had a lot of energy that needed to be released.

Gray pushed me down onto the couch and pulled my pants off, exposing my ass and my cock. He struck my ass with his bare hands and made me moan. I was worried that my neighbors would hear us through the apartment walls.

Gray grunted like an animal and hit my ass again. “Don’t ever let anyone else do this to you. Do you understand me?”

I looked him in the eyes and saw how serious he was. “Yes, Daddy,” I said.

He struck my ass again. “You’re a bad fucking boy.”

Hearing him call me that made my heart race faster as I waited for him to spank me again.

Gray was giving me exactly what I wanted. I turned to look at my ass and saw that it was bright red.

“Spank me again,” I demanded. Please, Daddy.”

Gray looked conflicted. “That’s enough for today.”

“No, just one more,” I said.

I presented my ass for him to spank me again, and he did it reluctantly. He spanked me softly, and I could tell that the marks he left on my ass were bothering him. He pulled my pants back up and palmed his face.

I sat up and wrapped my arms around him.

“It’s all right,” I said. “I deserve it.”

He wrapped his arms around me too. My ass stung as I sat on his lap. I could feel his hard cock against mine. Though we hadn’t talked about it in the contract, I badly wanted Gray’s cock inside me. And even though that was one of the cardinal rules I wouldn’t do with my clients, I was willing to break it for Gray.

It was the evening before going to Niagara Falls for Blue’s and Hunter’s bachelor party. I was nervous as I packed my clothes in a duffel bag. I wasn’t sure what to expect and felt like an outsider. Josh came into my room.

“When are you going to be back?” Josh asked.

“Sunday night,” I said as I tried to decide if I needed more than three pairs of underwear.

“You seem a bit nervous,” he said.

I nodded. “I am.”

Josh smiled. “Just relax and have fun. Whatever happens, happens. Don’t think too much about it.”

I smiled back at him. “I’ll try. But even thinking about Gray makes me nervous as hell.”

Josh lay on my bed next to my duffel bag. “Just think of him as any other person.”

“You’ve never met him, so you don’t understand,” I said.

Gray wasn’t just any other person. He was someone I looked up to and was enamored by.

“If he invited you to a weekend away with his family, then he probably likes you,” Josh said.

“I wish it were that simple. I don’t know why Gray wants to be around me so much. He’s somebody important...I’m not.”

Josh propped his head up with his hand. “Don’t talk down about yourself like that. You are somebody important, and he probably thinks so too.”

I didn’t know if Josh was just a good friend by helping me feel better or if he was actually right. I finished packing the rest of my stuff.

I hugged Josh and said goodbye to him before taking the streetcar to meet up at Gray’s place. We had our first snowfall that day, and I was trying my best not to fall as I made my way to his house.

There was a car parked in his driveway I didn’t recognize. It was a Mercedes SUV that looked brand new. I figured it was the car that was going to get us to Niagara Falls.

I took a deep breath before knocking on the front door. Blue opened it and smiled when he saw me.

“You’re here,” he said, giving me a hug.

I felt better after the warm welcome. Blue led me to the kitchen where Hunter, Carter, and Harry were. They all hugged me when they saw me. I wondered where Gray was.

“You ready for the craziest weekend of your life?” Hunter asked.

I smiled. “Hell, yeah.”

Gray came down the stairs holding a black leather bag. “You boys good to go?”

He was wearing a button-down that revealed his broad, muscular chest.

“We’ve been ready for the past hour,” Harry said. “We’re just waiting on you.”

“Hey, hey,” Gray said. “There’s no rush. We’re going to be up all night anyway.”

Gray smiled when he saw me.

We went back outside and loaded all our luggage into the trunk of the Mercedes.

“Talk about traveling in style,” Carter whispered to me.

“Whose car is this even?” I asked

“Gray rented it for the weekend,” Carter said, helping me put my duffel bag in the truck.

Gray came up to me and handed me his phone. “Do you mind being the navigator?”

“Of course,” I said, feeling important.

I climbed into the passenger seat.

“Can you put on Mariah Carey’s new song?” Blue asked.

Gray groaned. “We’re definitely not listening to Mariah Carey.”

“Come on,” Blue said. “Her song has been stuck in my head all day.”

I couldn’t help but laugh at how Gray and Blue were bickering like brothers.

It’d been a long time since I went to Niagara Falls. I didn’t really like to gamble, and I’d seen the Falls many times before. But I was excited to spend a weekend with Gray. It’d give me a glimpse of his perfect life.

Blue somehow figured out how to connect his phone to Bluetooth and decided to blast Mariah Carey without Gray’s permission. Gray didn’t look too pleased but decided to leave the song on since it was Blue’s bachelor party.

The drive went smoothly, and in no time, we arrived at the Niagara Falls strip. There were bright neon lights, and the sidewalks were filled with people, even though it was snowing.

I helped Gray navigate to the hotel. I realized when we got there that we were staying at the brand-new Four Seasons. After we parked underground, we went into the lobby to check in.

Gray led us to the top floor after we got the keys. We walked to the end of the hallway, and Gray tapped his card to open the door to our suite.

“You got to be kidding me,” I said as soon as I walked in. “This room is twice the size of my apartment.”

“Nope, I’m not kidding.” Gray smiled.

I went to the windows to look at the beautiful view of the Falls.

“Who’s ready to party?” Hunter said, taking out a bottle of champagne.

Blue found the champagne glasses in the kitchen, and Hunter opened the bottle and poured everyone a tall glass.

“Should we go in the Jacuzzi for a bit?” Gray asked.

“What floor is it on?” Carter said.

Gray laughed and told us to follow him.

He led us all down the hallway to show us a full-sized hot tub that was sunken into the marble floor. I looked at Gray, who had a grin on his face.

“Surprise,” Gray said.

Blue was the first to strip out of his shirt and pants, stepping into the hot tub wearing only his underwear.

Harry shrugged and did the same. In no time, the six of us were drinking champagne in the Jacuzzi.
