Agony: Kings of Rebellion MC #4 by K.T Fisher (29)

Chapter Thirty

Drew

I wake up the next morning feeling a lot better. I fell asleep as soon as the girls left last night and apart from my sleep being interrupted by my brothers checking up on me, I’ve only just opened my eyes. I guess I needed it. When they found me asleep, they were going to leave but they had already stirred me, so I told them to stay. They were just like the girls, telling me off as soon as they saw that I was getting better. Grim was the one to get into it first. He was not happy that I attempted to kill the Chasers all by myself but Devlin added that he was angry with me for not only that, but for sneaking out to the Black Ring alone. Thankfully, Bomber was with them and he fought in my corner. He told them all to back off and to think why I was sneaking around and why I would want to get away in the first place. That calmed everyone down and I was able to explain myself. When they realised how damaged and determined I was, they left it alone and Devlin decided to point out that I’m not your average sister. Baby thought that was way funnier than it actually was, so I reached over and slapped him over the head. I found that very funny.

“Morning.” Cyrus smirks from the chair beside me, he has a McDonald’s breakfast waiting for me and the smell alone makes my stomach rumble. “Hungry?”

“Gimmie!” I beg and he places the bag on my lap. I moan my appreciation throughout the whole meal and Cyrus just sits and watches, laughing at me.

“So I heard your brothers came to visit?” Cyrus says as I swallow the last bit of my hash brown.

“Yep.”  I nod. “Scrappy and Bomber too. They were pissed but they’re ok now.”

“They were just terrified.” Cyrus explains on their behalf and I get it. “Anyway, your dad told me that you’re going home tomorrow and I’ll be staying with you for a bit. To make sure you’re ok.”

“Ok.” I smile. “I promise not to force you out this time.”

“Thanks.” Cyrus laughs.

Drew sent me to the hospital café demanding a mug of hot chocolate and as I’m walking back, I see Prez and he calls me over.

“Look, this is going to be awkward but it needs to be said.” Prez begins. “I wanna thank you for looking out for Drew.”

I quickly decide to jump in. “But I failed, she was able to get away. If it wasn’t for me, entertaining her stories then she wouldn’t have gone to the Black Ring in the first place.”

Prez shakes his head as I’m talking. “I should have taken your advice. You were concerned the first time she went to the Black Ring and you wanted to speak to her about it. Maybe if we would have done that she would have confessed and she wouldn’t be lying in that hospital bed.” Prez then shuffles from one foot to the other, looking a little awkward now. “I don’t know what’s going on between you and my daughter. I’m not blind, I’ve seen it, her mums seen it and most of her brothers have. At first they didn’t like it but you’ve proven yourself Cyrus. You and Zane both have and I like having you around her. Since Sketch died I’ve been worried sick about her but you made her smile again and for that, I’ll always be in your debt. Take that however you like.”

Prez then nods, turning around and leaving the hospital on his motorcycle. I’m kind of taken back by that. Prez isn’t a mushy guy but he’s just given me permission to date his daughter and I’m truly honoured.

I walk back to Drew’s room, hoping that her hot chocolate hasn’t gone cold now, otherwise she’ll have my ass. I open the doors to her room and she fucking catches my breath when she flashes me with a smile.

“You smiling at me or the hot chocolate?” I ask her.

“Don’t be silly.” She rolls her eyes. “The hot chocolate of course.”

She greedily takes it from me, closing her eyes in satisfaction when she takes a sip. I adjust my trousers. My dick hasn’t had any action since I set my eyes on Drew, so watching her enjoy her drink is weirdly turning me on. Fuck!

“So, I’ve decided I’m going to stay.” She stops drinking and grins over at me.

“You are?” She beams. “What about your brother?”

“He’s staying.” I nod. “Your dads sorted us our rooms at the clubhouse.”

“Great!” Drew exclaims, returning to her drink.

“One more thing.” I interrupt her. “If you wanna watch a fight, then come see me in the boxing ring. I don’t want you stepping inside of a Black Ring fight again. You hearing me Dee?” She nods. “Good, because I’m fighting next month.”

“Got it.” She salutes. “Mr Bossy.”

I go to sit on the bed next to her and she scoots over to give me some room. “I’m here to protect you now, I will do that with my life and my first promise to you is to deliver you the man who killed Sketch. You want that right?”

Drew’s eyes shine as she nods. “I wanna stab his heart.”

“Then you can.” I agree and Drew laughs.

“I knew I was right to like you.” And I pat her hand, letting her return to her hot chocolate.

Since I arrived at home, Cyrus has been with me and if he isn’t then Maci or one of the other girls are here. I haven’t been alone and it’s been nice. I thought I would get annoyed but it’s actually been useful as I’ve been ordered bed rest even though they sent me home. My body still hurts and aches so I’ve taken their orders seriously. I don’t even think that Cyrus has slept in his new club room yet, but I’m not complaining. Since I decided to let him in and not ignore the pull between us, we’ve gotten a lot closer this past week.

This morning, Maci isn’t here because she had to work late at the clubhouse last night but I’m not alone. Cyrus is here and he’s made me breakfast in bed. He carefully places it on my knee and sits beside me on my bed. When he first did this I was taken aback to how normal it felt between us. I feel so comfortable around Cyrus.

“Am I your reason to stay?” I dare to ask and silence falls between us. Oh shit! I shouldn’t have asked.

“Yes.” Cyrus answers and I feel the burn of my cheeks as I blush. “Truthfully, you were the reason I came back to help.”

“Really?” I ask and Cyrus nods. He glances down at my mouth and I know he wants to kiss me. I lift my breakfast plate and ask him to put it on the floor. When he does so and turns back to me I capture him in a heart-warming kiss. He groans his appreciation and I love it. “We’re making a habit of this.”

Cyrus nods, smoothing back my hair. “Are you ok with this?”

I know he’s referring to us. We haven’t put a label on us but we know where the other stands. “I am.”

“Since the moment I walked back into this club and saw you, I knew I was in trouble.” Smirking, Cyrus decides to sweep me off my feet by his next words. “You’re fucking beautiful Dee. Your tattoos are insane and they suit you so well. I’ve always thought about you and when I set my eyes on you, you did not disappoint.”

“You like my banter too?” I giggle.

“More than your beauty.” I laugh now and swat at his shoulder.

“Ok, that was cheesy.” I sit back against the headboard and take a deep breath as emotion hits me. “All of my tattoos were done by Sketch.” I look at them, trailing my finger across the ones on my arms. “He did every single one of them and now he’s gone and I will never have another.”

“That’s very loyal of you.” I look at Cyrus and thank him. “Besides, have you even got any room left to have any more?”

“I have some naked areas.” I tease, crawling onto his lap and taking another kiss. This time Cyrus slips in his tongue, teasing and letting me know just how skilful he can be. It makes me tingle in other areas and I moan against him. Before this can go any further, I climb off him and try my best to ignore the big erection hiding under his jeans. Cyrus does nothing to hide this though. I ask him to pass me my breakfast and I feel even better when he doesn’t ask why I stopped. Cyrus just knows and he accepts it. As much as I know it kills him, the wait will be worth it.

“I have something to tell you.” Cyrus takes my empty plate from me as soon as I’ve finished and I wait to see what he has to say. “There’s been some changes and your dad agreed with me that you deserve to know.”

“Ok.” Nerves spread all over me. This has to do with the Chasers.

“After the first Chaser captive died, we were grateful to have Grubby and Hammer in the warehouse. After their injuries though, we knew they wouldn’t last long so when we had Twist and Burner, it was a blessing.” He winks. “We now know where the Chaser President is hiding.”

“Get out!” I gasp.

Cyrus nods, sharing my excitement. “After what they did to you, we all had a new passion for torturing the answers out of them and it worked. We’ve been told that he only has a few men with him.”

“But I heard Burner say that there was a lot of men waiting with Venom.” Frowning, I think back to what I heard.

Cyrus nods again. “And he might have, so we think Venom has ran and left the Chaser President alone and afraid.” I think this information through. “Dee?” Cyrus asks and I look back to him. “The president is the one who killed Sketch with Burner and if this goes well, tomorrow we will have both of Sketch’s killers in the warehouse.”

I don’t have any words. Nothing could explain the way that I’m feeling right now. I’m truly fucking speechless but I know I’m happy. I can feel the pleasure running through my bones. This is it. This is what I’ve been wanting for since I discovered who murdered Sketch. I climb back on Cyrus’ lap and hold onto his handsome face. “You’re going tomorrow?”

He can feel me shaking, I know he can and Cyrus wraps his arms around me. “We all agreed this morning the sooner the better. We leave first thing in the morning and I’ve told them all that you deserve to choose how they die. It’s your right.”

“What did they say?”

“They all agreed.” As soon as the words leave his mouth I bring his face forward and kiss him again and I don’t come back up for breath until I’m fully satisfied. “You’re killing me.” Cyrus moans.

“Well then.” I smile. “Let me help you with that.”

I crawl down his body, watching him watch me as I unzip his jeans and take out his hard cock. My insides clench when I see the size and width of it. My body craving for him to be inside of me, but I don’t think I’m ready for that just yet. Instead I need him in my mouth. I slowly pull down his foreskin, licking the tip and his eyes flutter shut as I wrap my mouth around him. I suck and lick him, spurred on by his manly groans of pleasure. Pumping him as I lick his tip.

When I’ve decided he’s had enough of my mouth, I roll to the side and lie on the bed. Facing Cyrus and capture his face in my hands. “You will come back?”

After all the pain I went through after Sketch’s murder, I just can’t go through it again and I need to know Cyrus will be back with me when this is all over.

“I’m coming back.” Cyrus pecks me on the lips, then removes his clothing so he’s completely naked. I follow his lead, taking off my pyjamas and underwear as he rolls on his protection. He guides me onto my back and leans over me. His eyes roaming my body and I feel his dick jolt against me. “You ready for me?”

“Yes.” I whisper. I’m scared but I’m definitely ready.

Cyrus leans down, kissing me passionately as his cock rubs heavenly on my clit, hitting just the right place. My hips thrust, deepening the sensation and Cyrus chuckles, moving his mouth to my nipples and licks as his cock slowly slips inside. Sighing in appreciation, I wrap my legs around his waist and moan as Cyrus hits deeper. We don’t fuck. This is slow and perfect. I know Cyrus would love to fuck me as if it was his last day on earth, but he knows that I need this and I love him all the more for it. Cyrus takes care of me. Paying great attention to every centimetre of my body and by the time he delivers me to my highest point, quickly following himself, I’m shaking.

Cyrus kisses me on the forehead before he disappears into the bathroom, turning on my bedroom TV when he returns and we snuggle up together in bed for most of the day.

My thoughts run wild as we watch TV. I thought that I would feel bad if I was to sleep with another man, and I guess I would have if it would have been anyone else but Cyrus. He’s what I need now. I will always love Sketch, until the day I die, but I can’t live alone and unhappy for the rest of my life. I know Sketch wouldn’t want that. I am shocked that I found Cyrus so quickly after Sketch’s death but Cyrus has been there for me so much. He’s helped me through a lot. I could even feel the pull towards him when I was a child and when he returned as a man it was even stronger. I was helpless and it was useless to fight it.

Cyrus tightens his arms around me and I sigh contently, not allowing my worries and nerves to show until tomorrow morning.
