Hide and Seek: A Rock Games Novel: Vol. 2 by Nicole S. Goodin (13)

hannah

Present day

I tapped out the message, a shit-eating grin on my face.

To: God of Sex

From: Hannah

There’s a situation backstage, I need your help, and don’t tell Park... he’ll freak out.

I rolled my eyes at the name he’d given himself in my phone. It was something new every month or so – this one had appeared yesterday.

To: Hannah

From: God of Sex

Where?

I knew he was out on the stage, testing out the sound equipment. The show was scheduled for just over three hours’ time. I could hear the fans outside the venue already, itching to get inside.

I had about thirty minutes with him before he needed to start his usual pre-show ritual, and I had to actually do something that was part of my job description.

I typed out a quick message telling him where to meet me.

This venue was the first place I’d ever had sex backstage and I was dying for a re-run. Some of the hottest sex of my life had been in dingy closets and arena storage areas, but the time in this very room, over two years ago was still the one that took the cake.

My anticipation grew as I looked around. I could still recall being on my knees a mere foot from where I stood waiting for him now.

I heard voices in the hallway and then the door handle turned.

He walked in silently, his eyes trained directly on me.

I didn’t say a word as he shut the door behind him. I didn’t miss the fact that he flicked the lock. I didn’t know when an interior lock had been installed, but I didn’t doubt the fact that it was his doing.

He watched me. “There’s no problem here.”

I shook my head. “Not one you can’t fix anyway.”

He sauntered over to where I stood, circling me until he was standing behind me, his front to my back. “You liked it so much the first time you had to come back for seconds, huh?”

“I’m sentimental like that.”

He chuckled. “You’re something alright.”

His fingers skimmed my neck as his hand swept the hair out of his way.

His lips followed, the rough hair from his beard providing a delicious contrast to the soft touch before it.

“On your knees,” he told me, his voice soft but commanding. “Let’s see how sentimental you really are.”

Holy hell

If I’d thought the first time back here was phenomenal then I had absolutely no words for whatever the hell that just was.

Off the charts.

I had to admit, I did miss the additional layer of excitement that having someone from the crew bursting in had created, but I was happy to let Jasper retain his modesty this time.

And besides, the things he had done to me in that room were better left behind closed doors.

I held back a moan as I thought about the way he’d just brought me to climax over and over again.

I was in such an orgasm bubble I didn’t notice the stressed look on my best friend’s face.

“Where the hell have you been?” Charlotte yelled at me as I approached her.

“Ummmm….” I wracked my brain trying to come up with something useful.

“The lighting guy fucked up and brought the wrong stuff with him, he’s gone to get what we need now, but it’s gonna be cutting it fine.”

“Shit,” I muttered.

“Where’s Jasper? Park needs him.”

I shrugged and tried to appear interested in the stage crew’s set-up.

I saw her out the corner of my eye, she looked up from her clipboard and narrowed her eyes at me.

“Oh you dirty little shits,” she cried. “You’ve been out back getting busy, haven’t you?”

I tried to stifle a giggle, but it didn’t work.

“You’re like a couple of horned-up teenagers.” She shook her head in mock outrage.

“You can’t talk! I’ve shared a hotel suite with you and Parker, remember?” I grabbed the clipboard from her hands and looked over what we still had left to get done.

She blushed furiously.

“And besides,” I shrugged, “It’s not the first time I’ve had sex in that particular storage closet anyway… so no big deal.”

“Oh my god!” Lotte shrieked. “It was you!”

“Probably,” I drawled. “But if you want me to know what the hell you’re talking about, you might have to be more specific.”

I glanced over at the microphones, checking they were set up exactly how the guys like them.

“You’re the mysterious blow job girl from two years ago.” She pointed her finger at me accusingly, her mouth dropping open in shock. “You were the one that got caught sucking Jasper’s dick!”

I laughed long and hard. “Oh god, are you just realising this now?”

Ricky appeared out of nowhere, a shit-eating grin on his face. Apparently, he’d been listening to our not so private conversation.

“Get up to speed, Little Red.” He chuckled. “You should know by now that there’s just something about a live concert that brings Hannah here to her knees.” He winked at me.

I laughed. “You know what, that one wasn’t half bad.”

I held out my fist to bump knuckles with him.

“Alright, that’s enough you two,” Charlotte announced. “Ricky, your drums are a hot mess and they’re not going to fix themselves… and you…” she pointed at me again, “go and do something that doesn’t involve you taking your pants off, alright?”

I blew her a kiss and headed off to check on how the security was going outside.

“One problem with that request, Little Red,” I heard Ricky’s booming voice say. “She’s wearing a skirt.”

I cracked up laughing.

Touché.
