Caitlin felt this momentary rush of endorphins, as she slowly untied the kilt from around his shoulder. Peeling it back, she could see that most of the wounds were superficial. The one that was most concerning was the one to his shoulder. The blade had torn through the cartilage, scraping against the bone and coming out on the other side.
