DANGER

Waking up with Lunar in my bed was the best possible way to start any day. Having animalistic sex with her for the third time since last night was a pleasure I was glad to have. She keeps up with me and is just as crazy as me in the bedroom. I’m lucky to have found someone who equals me in stamina.

As comparisons go, Ella never would have kept up like this. If we were to fuck three times I’d have to slow it down and turn it into making love. Which I guess isn’t all that bad, but it’s just not me. I only did that for her.

Why am I even thinking about Ella right now, it’s killing my fucking mood!

Making me start to overanalyze.

I look across the table to Lunar as we sit at the hotel café eating breakfast. Ryan and the guys are here with us, and Lunar and Ryan are having a great time. They really seem to have hit it off. Matt and Nate are keeping to themselves mostly. I watch Lunar, thinking how perfect she is and how much of a complete opposite she is to Ella in every fucking way. Ella was always so young and fragile, weak and meek, whereas Lunar is so much more of a woman and knows how to take care of herself. She’s strong, confident, sassy, sexy as hell, and an animal under the sheets. Fuck, if I weren’t so opposed to women right now I’d be more inclined to make an honest woman out of her, but a fuck buddy will have to do right now. I can’t risk the idea of having her as anything more.

The waitress comes around pouring cups of coffee and soon leaves as I continue to stare at Lunar.

“Can you pass the sugar please, Nate?” Lunar asks.

Nate smirks looking from me to Lunar as he passes her the sugar. “Danger you should call Lunar, Sugar,” Nate teases.

I tense up.

“That sounds sweet, pardon the pun—”

“I will never… ever… call her Sugar. She is nothing like her!” I interrupt.

Lunar stares up abruptly. My chair slides out from under me, squealing on the tiled floor as everyone looks up. Lunar raises her eyebrow as I turn and storm off.

“Fucking jerk, Nate,” I murmur as I head off toward the buffet area to grab some breathing space. Hearing Nate compare Lunar to Ella really pisses me off. Sugar is my pet name for Ella and I used it all the time. Hearing Nate tell me to call Lunar that has struck a nerve deep inside me. I was already feeling a little off from fucking Lunar this morning, almost like I was cheating on Ella, and I hate that feeling because I know Ella’s getting married to Chad and has moved on. So why can’t I? It’s stupid, and I need to sort my head out and fast.

A hand touches my arm making me flinch, breaking my thoughts. I turn and see Lunar standing there.

She frowns and sighs. “Was it a mistake?” she asks.

My chest heaves, it’s just the knock I need. “No… not at all. I’m just having a moment. Nate bringing her up like that, reminding me of the name I used to call her, just struck a nerve. I most definitely don’t regret last night and this morning. Not at all.”

She sighs. “He was just teasing, you know?”

Slumping my shoulders, I drop my chin to my chest. “I know. I overreacted. I just… Ella fucks with my head.”

Lunar nods and leans forward wrapping her arms around my neck and pulling her body flush to mine. I look down at her while all thoughts of Ella vanish, and all I can think about is Lunar and her sensational body pressed against mine.

“Then let me help you forget about her.”

Letting out a half laugh, I nod and wrap my arms around her pulling her to me tighter. “Great, and let me help you forget about Steel.”

She tilts her head to the side and her lip turns up slightly. “How did you—”

“I can tell you’re not over him. The way you tried to pull back from me after our first kiss. It’s not just because of my demons, it’s because of yours too.”

She chuckles and shakes her head. “Well hot damn, you’re smarter than you look, big guy.”

I chuckle and lean my forehead against hers. “Also, Techie told me.”

She laughs and slaps my chest as her tits jiggle along with her laughter. My cock aches as I watch her happiness. She grips her hands onto my biceps and squeezes slightly. “You’re a braver man than you give yourself credit for… you know that, Danger?”

I purse my lips. “Really?”

“Yes. Now let’s go eat breakfast before I die of hunger.”

“Yes, ma’am.”

We finish breakfast and I walk her outside the hotel to the cab stand.

“I can drive you back to the club in the van. You don’t have to cab it,” I say wrapping my arms around her waist pulling her to me.

She smiles and tilts her head. “I know, but you need to spend some quality time with your boys. I can’t take up all your time, they’ll resent me and I don’t want that.”

Sighing at how amazing she really is, I nod. “Okay, just let me know when you get there.”

“Overprotective much.” She giggles.

“Do it or I’ll spank you even harder than last time.”

“Hmm… that’s more of an incentive for me not to text you.”

I groan forcing my semi-hard cock into her hips as she giggles. “Okay, gotta go. Have a good day. Talk soon.”

“Bye Candy.”

“See ya, big guy.” She leans in kissing me quickly, then pulls away hopping into the nearest cab.

Taking a deep breath, I rearrange my cock and shake my head. She’s a tornado, and I just have to hold on for the ride.

LUNAR

I’ve been hiding in my room all day, mainly to escape the brothers if they suddenly decide I’m fair game, and also so I can text Danger which I’ve been doing for the majority of the day. It’s night time now, and the club’s having a bonfire. I’m on a high from the great time I had with Danger, and I don’t want it to go to waste. I know most of the guys out there would be pretty wasted by now so their cocks probably aren’t in any sort of working order, so I head out of my room to join the party.

Heading down the hall then through the clubroom where the tunes are pumping, I head to the back door. The bonfire is in full swing and most of the brothers are sitting around happily wasted and laughing with each other. I turn to look toward the burning tree to see Steel, and in his lap is Willow, his new girl. All the guys are laughing and enjoying her company. A twang of jealousy flows through me and even though I had a great time with Danger it doesn’t stop the feelings I have for Steel and the fact he’s here with another woman right in front of me. It stings. Bad. And even though Danger is far better for me than Steel, I still can’t help but get worked up over it.

I listen in to the conversation between Willow and the brothers, and it seems they’re trying to get Willow to swear. The thing about Willow is, she isn’t from a club background. She’s a kindergarten teacher and so this life and everything that comes with it—swearing, booze, sex—well, I don’t know how well she’ll fit in if she has trouble with basic cussing. She’s such a goody-two-shoes and the complete opposite of me. It makes it awkward for me to be around her and not only because she’s Steel’s girl.

“Go on Willow, say cock!” Crash calls out. She opens her eyes wide, and her cheeks start to flush pink. I have to admit for a twenty-something-year-old woman not to be able to say cock it’s a little sad.

“I can say it!” she yells.

“Cock!” Ryder calls out.

I laugh at the door as Willow winces at the crassness of the word.

“Big black shiny cock,” Lookout adds.

I shake my head. He always takes things that step further into the weird zone our Lookout. God, love him.

“Oh my God!” She looks at Steel and he shrugs mouthing ‘cock’ at her while she purses her lips and smirks.

“Cock, cock, cock!” The guys start to chant, and inwardly I smile liking how uncomfortable she looks right now on Steel’s lap.

“Oh my God. Cock! Cocking cock! Cock, balls, arse, tittie, fuck,” she yells out as she brings her hand up to her mouth like she’s shocked by her outburst.

The guys all laugh and I figure I may as well join the party now.

I walk outside and put in my two cents worth. “Wow! You have quite the potty mouth on you there, Flame.”

Flame is Steel’s nickname for Willow, due to her flaming red hair.

Willow shakes her head and opens her eyes wide. “No, I’m sorry. I don’t swear like that—”

“Stop it, Flame. Own it. Swearin’ like that was hot, babe. You got my cockin’, cock, cock and balls all achin’ for you again,” Steel teases and those words instantly form a lump in my throat.

Willow starts choking on thin air as everyone laughs hard, while he pats her back and she glares at Steel. “I’m gonna kill you in your sleep, Steel,” she whispers, and he grins at her like she’s the best thing in the world.

“Oh babe, you’re too fuckin’ adorable to kill anyone.”

“Shut up! You guys are mean to me,” she says pouting then Steel leans in and bites her bottom lip.

My stomach flips at seeing his affection toward her. He was never like that with me, and even though I know I will never be with Steel and I have to let him go, it still hurts. I can’t help myself before I lash out. “Urgh, pa-lease! You guys are disgusting,” I shout to break them up as I walk over and sit down.

“Just ‘cause you’re not Steel’s number one anymore, Lunar, doesn’t mean you have to show your bitch,” Ryder calls out.

“O-o-oh,” the other guys all murmur.

They’re right. I don’t need to be a bitch, I need to move on from Steel and be with someone much more suited to me anyway. “Shut up, dickwad. I’m fine with that. I’m finding my time’s better spent with more… dangerous men.”

Steel furrows his brows and looks at me. I smirk at him as his face lights up like something’s just clicked inside his brain. “How is our little American musician?” he asks with a hint of sarcasm in his voice.

That annoys me, so I scowl at his tone. But then I think of Danger, and I can’t help it as I take a deep breath and a natural smile follows soon after. He is amazing, and he does make me feel good when I’m around him. This is a genuine smile. “He’s great. I’ve seen him a couple of times. His band is awesome by the way. Good job at getting them to perform here in Oz.”

“Well, hopefully, Techie can get them sorted into somethin’ a bit bigger than our clubs. I’m glad you’ve found someone, Lunar. It’s nice when you find someone that’s right for you, isn’t it?” he asks looking at Willow then caresses her cheek just to spite me.

It makes my blood boil that he’s purposely trying to get a rise from me. “Yeah, it sucks though, when you think you’ve already found that someone and he finds someone else.” I can’t help myself, Steel brought me into this club, he made me fall for him, then when he had his fill of me he took off with the next best thing. Well, screw him! I’m worth more than that, and if Steel wants to play fucking mind games with me, I’m done.

I stand up and storm off back inside the club rooms and down to my room. I’m fuming, and Steel is making it so much easier to want to leave this club. This place just doesn’t feel like home to me anymore, and besides the money, Steel was my main reason for being here. I’m no longer in his life, so maybe Danger is right, maybe I need to broaden my horizons. Maybe I do have a future outside of this club. I just need to think of something that would be willing to take in an ex-club girl, who was a stripper for four and a half years.

Yeah, not so easy to get a job like that.
